Your head was spinning.

You felt embarrassed, your skin burned with the feeling of being looked at, without knowing from who. The back of your neck felt like it was on fire.

You felt so exposed, so seen.

Someone in your tour guide had recognized you three. Someone had recognized you and taken pictures of you here.

You shivered at the thought and you hands shook as your heart rate sped up.

This felt so invasive, so personal.

You felt self conscious and the rising urge to curl up in a ball where no one could see you was becoming increasingly tempting.

Your breath caught in your throat and you fought back to regain your balance as the world around you began to blur. You couldn't focus on anything, things were happening too fast, you couldn't feel your breath in your lungs, everything felt very far away.

You staggered back a few steps, gasping for air. Your eyes wouldn't focus. You couldn't hear anything.

Tommy immediately saw and grabbed you. His hands where on your arms as he looked down at you, clearly panicked but trying his best to stay calm for you. He took your hands in his and slowly began to rub small circles in the back of your palms.

"Hey, hey. Take a deep breathe for me. Focus on what I'm saying. I'm right here." He soothed. Tubbo was by your side as well, resting his hand gently on your back.

"You're alright, you're gonna be fine. I'm right here. Breath in for me, yeah? 1....2.....3..." Tommy spoke softly, breathing in with you and letting out his breath.

He repeatedly the exercise a couple more times, reassuring you all the while. Soon enough, your legs felt stable again and your vision was as clear.

Your hands were still held by Tommy's. He pulled you close into a tight hug.

You had never spoken about your private life on stream, never talked about boys or school or even your family. You kept that to yourself. The viewers watched you for minecraft. There was no reason to talk about anything else. You and always felt a sense of security from that. It was a way to keep yourself safe. A way to keep the real parts of you separate from the energetic persona you portrayed infront of thousands of viewers. This wasn't what they wanted to see. This wasn't what you wanted them to see.

You closed your eyes, focusing on the feeling of your feet on the ground and the arms wrapped around you. You had only had a panic attack two other times in your life, you weren't used to this. Somehow Tommy had known what to do. You didn't know what would have happened if he hadn't. You pulled away from him, looking into his eyes.

"How...how did you know what to do?" You asked slowly.

He looked away for a second before his eyes meet yours again, filled with an emotion you hadn't seen before.

"My mom used to get really bad anxiety attacks. There was a time where she was hospitalized for a bit in order to focus on dealing with them. It was a couple years ago, but I always remember the doctors telling her to breath and listen to them or count to ten and then back down." His voice trailed off and he broke eye contact, staring at the cobblestone street.

The tour had ended a while ago and the three of you were about to head into a restaurant for lunch until Tubbo checked Twitter. The day had been so perfect.
