Digging your nails into the mud, you hoisted yourself onto the solid ground, looking down to see your wound healed?

"What on god's holy earth?" you look back into the water and see your submerged and bruised legs slowly glowing. "Healing water? Where am I?"

Feeling good enough to walk you start to trudge along the dirt, drenched in water. The water seemed to rejuvenate everything, hunger, thirst, lack of sleep. Keeping a track of it's whereabouts in case you would need to return you realised you were utterly lost.

"Fuck..."

"Loki, calm yourself," the deities saw the frantic pace of the trickster.

"How can I stay calm?! She is gone!" Loki combs back his tussled hair with a groan. "Thor, have you any idea of Heimdall's knowledge?"

"No news yet, sorry," Loki was taken into a hug by Venus.

"Worry not, she is safe,"

"And you would know how??" Loki growls.

"Because she is strong and can handle herself," Venus smiles. Hades took notice of Aphrodite's lingering gaze from the corner. He invited the rest with him for lunch, to no surprise Loki stayed behind to work on his tracking spell once again.

Loki had not a single doubt that the Greek goddess had something to do with your disappearance but he knew not how to coax a confession out of her. The trickster set up a his phone subtly as though he was checking the time.

"Stare any longer and strain you may strain your beautiful eyes, dear," he sighs as Aphrodite moved forward and sat beside him.

"I don't understand why you are so determined to find her,"

Loki laughed out loud in a sour tone. "You think I actually care? Darling, I just need something to do, something to sympathise along with them," he kicked his legs up and blew a strand away from his face.

"You really don't care?"

"No, of course not, she's a mortal, I have no quarrel with such lower beings," Loki conjured a cup of tea in his hands. "And your words about focusing on the course yesterday? I have to admit I 100% agree,"

"I know right??" Aphrodite laughs.

"To whoever took her, I must thank them, marry them if I must!"

"Really?"

"Well of course! They took that wretched girl out this place... Fury Academy is for prestigious heroes in training not petty mortals with a pinch of knowledge," He turns to the grinning goddess. "It's for gods and goddesses like you and I, skill, power, smarts and... beauty which only you seem to hold,"

The flirting was working, the praise had gotten an eager look from her. Loki knew this was working, "I have a confession,"

"Do tell, darling,"

"I got rid of her, she pissed me off," Aphrodite laughs. Perfect.

"Did you now? You clever girl!" Loki took her into his arms and kissed her cheek.

"I did! Gods, it was so easy! Stabbed her in the guts and disposed of her in the blocked cave by the healing falls... though I doubt she survived,"

"You killed her?"

"Duh! It would be a miracle if she lasted, I used Hades' blade and dumbed her deep in the cave so even if she survived the wound, she would starve to death!"

Loki's eyes darkened behind his façade, fists clenching, ready to retaliate. Not now, though, he needed to get the recording to director Fury.

"You never cease to amaze me, darling," he hums and hugs her close, thoughts swarming with revenge plot after another.

Lining your sights with the northern star, you follow along the glimmering diamonds as Loki had taught you one night while on a 7/11 run. A week had passed and you waited for a clear sky to do so. He said they would always lead the lost back home.

He better be right.

Fury Academy always sat along the lines of Bootes which luckily was a spring constellation.

"Two days... that's it," you sigh at the calculations you made in the dirt before taking handful of healing water and curling under a tree.

"Director, I know who took Y/n," Loki barged into the meeting which Fury held.

"Mr Friggason, what the hell do you think you're doing?"

"The job you've failed to do the past week," Loki slides the phone across, the recording playing. The staff listened carefully to the words and gasped at the confession. "Obviously you know my part was fabricated to coax this out of her,"

"I think we owe you a great deal, Mr Friggason," Professor Pym nods as he started to round up a plan. Loki took back the phone and left, having already informed the group and made a plan.
