"just let me come with you" daniel
said not letting go of me in the middle of the airport
"i would say yes but you know david would kill you plus you have to work on that beautiful album of yours" i said pulling away from the hug but still resting my hands on his neck

he grounded and looked at me with a pouty face causing me to laugh "it's just a few days literally 12 days" i said giving him a kiss on the cheek

"fine but face time me everyday" he said sternly as he left me with one last sweet kiss

"love you" i said slowly walking away "love you sums" and with that i headed on to my plane back home to see my family

i sat in my seat next to a mom and son. i got a tap on my shoulder mid flight and saw the little boy looking up at me. he had one brown eye and one green eye.

"your eyes are just like mine" he said giggling. i could only imagine how happy he was to know that it wasn't just him "yea i do but you have a brown eye and i have a blue"

he looked closer making me giggle at the small child "have you found your best friend?" he asked me. ahhh the best friend lie.

my mom said the same thing since she believed i wouldn't know what love is. "actually i did wanna see him" i said making him bounce in excitement in his seat.

i pulled out my phone to reveal a picture of me and daniel. it was in his home town and we were near a bunch of christmas lights

"wow i cant wait to meet mine" he said in awe admiring the picture "can we play a game mommy is sleeping" he asked shyly since his mom was indeed getting the rest she needed

the rest of the flight the two of us played games on the little tv in front of us "what's your name?" he asked politely "i'm summer like the season" i said causing his jaw to drop "your a season?!" he said causing me to giggle "no silly just named after it. what's your name?" i asked getting your hiss level again

"i'm matteo" he said with a smile. his brown little curly hair getting in his face.

we continued to play until his mom woke up "oh my god matteo have you been bothering this lady the whole flight- i'm so sorry" she started to ramble

"oh please it was so much fun definitely better then watching some movies" i said matteo turned to his mom excitedly telling him about my name and my eyes

as we were walking of the flight he was attached to my hip "do you guys live in la" i asked and she nodded. we decided to exchange numbers in case she needed a sitter and he was extremely excited

we parted ways and almost seconds later i got tackled to the floor by two large figures "YOUR HOME" coby yelled in my ear jess also squeezing me and squealing in excitement

"i miss you guys" i said laughing hugging them both tightly "so did we but what we really missed was ur drama so get in the car and spill it all"

and that's what we did. i told them everything about her house, her job, daniel and the boys, tour stories.  with tour it was hard to contact them or tell them stories in depth so for the next four hours we dove in.

"so yes that's pretty much it" i said leaning on the diner table that we've been sitting at for two hours "so when can we meet the infamous daniel" i shrugged and grabbed my phone "i can face time him but i don't know if he'll answer" the nodded and i started to ring him.

not even half a ring later he answered "hey love" she said with a toothy grin "IS THAT SUMS" zach screamed running and grabbing the phone "hey zachy" i said giggling daniel grabbed the phone shooing him away "hey babe my cousins wanna meet you" i said coby grabbing the phone

"hi i'm coby so umm lemme get this straight you hurt-" he started but i grabbed the phone "that's enough" i look to jess and she's still sitting there with her jaw dropped "jess?" i said waving my hand in front of her face

"t-that's" she started mumbling "spit it out" coby said "that's why don't we" she said still baffled "yea you knew that" i said laughing "NOOOO YOU TOLD WE U WERE TOURING WITB YOUR BOYFRIENDS BAND" she started getting a little too loud so i put my hand over her mouth

"which is exactly what i was doing touring with my boy friend daniel seavey and his band...."
she sat their silently before grabbing the phone daniel still confused "hiiloveyourmusicsomuchandallofyousomuchicantwaittomrrtyiu-" she rambled barley getting a breath in "haha you all good i'm glad you like our music and can't wait to meet you too"

meanwhile i was embarrassed and coby was laughing "alright i think that's enough i'll call you later" i said smiling. we said out goodbyes and hung up

"oh i have you so much u lucky bi-" jess started "alright it's not my fault" i put my hands up in defense

the rest of the day was filled with hanging out and meeting up with people i haven't seen in a while.
and so was the rest of the vacation. being with the twins and also my uncle was a good break i needed from life. me and daniel kept in touch everyday the boys also texting me and checking in

i was laying in bed getting ready to face time daniel when all of the sudden a notification popped up on my email

**all flights canceled till further notice**

"huh?" i mumbled sitting up and on cue daniel called me and i picked up immediately "daniel i just got an email my flights cancled" i said fumbling with my phone trying to find out why "babe we're going into lockdown..." i went back to the screen that faced him "w-what" i got out confused

"covid is spreading and for safety all states are going into lock down..." i sat there trying to comprehend wtf i was gonna do
