*This chapter focuses on Dream's team*

I'm sorry this took me so long, I got discouraged.

"You can't kill me!" Quackity pleaded as his blood ran out onto the ground. Dream stared at Sapnap, hoping he had a better idea. "I say we just try to take it out. If he dies, at least we tried." Sapnap suggested. At least that way they wouldn't need to feel guilty over his death.

"Schlatt! Come be useful!" Dream called out to Schlatt. He came to them, taking his sweet time. "What the hell do you want?" Dream reached into the medical kit they had. "Can you hold him down, his squirming is just making this harder." He pulled out a knife and a bottle of rubbing alcohol. Schlatt's eyes lit up, even though he knew he shouldn't drink the rubbing alcohol. Alcohol was alcohol to him. "Don't even think about it." Dream spoke, knowing what was on schlatt's mind. "Help us do this, then maybe I can help you with your addiction." Dream told him sternly. There wasn't much time to waste.

Schlatt groaned and got on the ground with them, not without attitude. He helped Sapnap restrain Quackity on the ground. "Jesus christ Quackity, calm the fuck down."
Quackity gasped for air. He felt like he was suffocating. Two men holding you down while you panic, isn't pleasant.
"Por favor! Por favor! Por favor!" Quackity continued to plead with them. "Calmatè" Schlatt responded to his pleading in spanish. Dream glared at him. He didn't know spanish, therefore he didn't like them speaking it. Though he'd never say anything about it. The least he could do was let Quackity speak his native language. It might be the last time he speaks at all.

Dream used the knife to cut into Quackity's skin, trying to locate the bullet. As anyone would imagine, the screams echoed through the woods. "STOP! NO! PARADA!" Quackity's screams made everyone's stomach turn. Even the most cold-hearted person would feel bad. "Lo siento" Schlatt whispered as Quackity started to go unconscious. It could of been from the stress, or maybe from the lack of blood.

Once Big Q could no longer struggle, the job became easier. Dream was able to get the bullet out, and close the wound with stitches. He would occasionally pause to compose himself. There was so much blood. Dream thought he was going to pass out himself.

After a couple hours Quackity woke up in his tent. Everything was fuzzy and unidentifiable. He felt like he was looking through a dirty window. The pain in his side hadn't hit him yet, but it would. Upon trying to sit up, the pain made itself known. "Fuck!" Quackity cursed the pain and laid back down. As the stabbing pain came back, so did his memory of what happened. "That son of a bitch..." Big Q mumbled, referring to the man that put him in this situation.

That man was currently in his shared cabin. "Get up you fucking pussy. We need to get our asses in the woods." Sapnap grabbed George and tried to yank him out of the bed. "I'm hurt! Leave me alone!" George dramatically pleaded. Sapnap successfully pulled him out of the bed. "you're barely scraped up. You're being a little bitch. Quackity got shot and he didn't whine this much." Sapnap falsely claimed. "It hurts to walk Sapnap! Dream said I could rest." George told him, hoping Dream's blessing would make him go. "Ooh I'm sorry, your boyfriend said you can rest?" Sapnap was being sarcastic. "If we don't get more food soon the only thing you'll be eating, is Dream's ass."
George groaned "what? What's wrong with you?" He rubbed his face and got ready to leave with Sapnap.

Meanwhile Dream was in his cabin, writing down some things. He liked to write down ideas, and plans. It made him feel normal. Mostly his ideas revolved around building a safer camp. A safer place for him to take his sister. The sister in question was sitting at his desk. Which was why he was writing against the wall. "Can I go outside?" Dream heard his sister ask. "No, maybe tonight if you need to pee." He answered bluntly. She was never allowed around the other group members. People were dangerous, more dangerous than zombies. At least that's what Dream had thought. "I'll wear the stupid mask, and let them call me Drista." She tried again, wanting a taste of freedom. Dream put his paper down and looked at her. "I don't know...I trust George and Sapnap...Quackity and Schlatt are a bit too new." He explained to her, not wanting her to think he was just being cruel. Though he was in fact pretty cruel. "What about the others? The boys and Lani?" She didn't know they were long gone now. "Oh um..." Dream attempted to think of an excuse, then he was able to turn it on Drista. "Lani? How do you know her name? I never told you her name." He interrogated her. Drista froze in regret. Trouble was surely coming her way. "No you definitely did."
Dream shook his head. "I didn't tell you anything about those kids. When did you interact with them?" He wanted answers, even though logically he was overreacting. "Ugh okay I had nothing to do so I let Lani come in. She's my age, she's not going to hurt me. Actually she reminded me what it's like to have a friend." Drista crossed her arms, trying to make Dream guilty.

"There is no such thing as friends anymore. There's just enemies, and people that haven't hurt you yet." Dream spoke finally before leaving the cabin. Drista kicked the desk out of anger, and dented it.

As the day progresses Quackity's pain worsened. He stayed dizzy with blurry vision. Hoping he would make it through this. Dream definitely had a small stock of pain medicine. Quackity saw it on the supply charts once. It was safe to assume those were reserved for the people Dream cared about. He knew better to ask for them, so he cried in pain until the nightfall.

Dream crawled into Big Q's tent to check on him. "Hey...you're still alive." He talked as if that was impressive. "Mhm..." Was the mumbled response he got. There was no energy left in Quackity's body to talk. "I brought you a can of beans, you should eat." Dream handed him the can like he could open it himself. He quickly realized his mistake and opened it for him. "I'm not going to feed you too." The masked man joked. Alex glared at him and managed to sit himself up. It took an unreasonable amount of force just to hold himself up. Not to mention the horrible feeling in his side.

Dream left the tent soon, and tossed the now empty can on the ground. On his way back to his cabin, he passed Schlatt. "Is he still alive?" Schlatt asked, but didn't stop. Dream nodded, while still walking. "He's alive."

George and Sapnap were skinning the rabbits they caught earlier. They would cook them first thing in the morning. There wasn't a way to keep meat for long. It would go bad much quicker than if it was stored in a freezer. George would occasionally turn away and gag. He hated doing this, it always made him feel sick. "Get over it, we need to survive." Sapnap would tell him, as if that would help. George kept pushing through until he eventually couldn't do it anymore. He stood up and quickly ran towards the river. The river was just behind their cabins. He washed the blood off his hands, while Sapnap couldn't help but laugh. George was nothing but a coward to him.

He shook the water off his hands. Then he heard a door open. His first thought was Sapnap was going to bed. Though it was actually Dream. Dream left his cabin and found George. Had he not been wearing a mask, George would of seen the worrying expression. "Oh hey Dream, wha-" George tried to greet him, but was shut up quickly. "She's gone George!" Dream was breathing heavily through the holes in his mask. "who's gone?" George asked, not understanding what was going on. "My sister, she's gone!" Dream yelled, losing all patients. "Oh! Fuck, where did she go?" He asked, making Dream angry. "If I knew where she was, why the fuck would I be telling you?!" He snapped and started walking back to the cabin. "Get Sapnap, we're going to find her."

George walked back from the river and hesitantly found Sapnap. He was still dealing with the rabbits. "Um...Drista is gone?" He spoke, still a bit shocked by Dream's attitude. "Who?" Sapnap had forgotten all about Dream's sister, and the fake name she had. "Oh! Dream's sister! Where the hell did she go?" He got up and wiped his hands in his pants. "He says we have to find her..." George added in. Sapnap groaned. "You've got to be kidding me. If she decided to run off, let her live her fucking life." Sapnap defended Drista's actions. "She's only like 14 or something." George sighed, not wanting Sapnap to piss Dream off anymore.

The three men walked into the woods with flashlights. Schlatt stayed behind, because he didn't care about the situation in the slightest. His excuse though was he wanted to watch Quackity.

They searched for hours, but eventually went back without her. She couldn't of went that far on her own, she was probably hiding. The guilt settled inside Dream. He knew his strict rules caused this. It was only a matter of time before she ran away, he should of known better. All he wanted was for her to come back. He would let her be with the others, he'd let her take the mask off. He just wanted his only family member back.

Sapnap and George went to their cabin, falling asleep fast. Dream stayed awake the whole night. Hoping Drista would come back on her own.

If only Dream knew what happened to Drista, he wouldn't of stopped looking.
