Tommy had no choice but go to Puffy, who was sleeping in Bad and Skeppy's shack. He didn't want her to know what happened, but his best friend just passed out.

He knocked on the door a couple times. It didn't take long for Puffy to open the door. "what's wrong? Did something happen?" She was already very alert, since things happen fast in the apocalypse.

"Tubbo...he passed the fuck out, I don't know..." Tommy wanted to hold onto the secret for as long as possible.

Puffy rubbed her eyes and yawned. "What do you mean?"

"I mean he was standing, then he wasn't. Are you stupid?" Tommy stared at her.

"What were you doing outside anyway?!" Puffy huffed, knowing they should of been asleep.

Tommy took Puffy's arm and dragged her to Tubbo. "Nevermind that, he needs you!"

Puffy wanted an explanation, but decided it could wait. She got to Tubbo, who was laying face down on the ground. He was definitely going to feel that in the morning. Lani was sitting next to him, to keep him safe. She looked pretty frightened.

Puffy turned Tubbo over, and tried to pick him up. "He's heavier than he looks, what the fuck." Puffy complained but in reality, she was weak from not being able to eat. Her body didn't have the nutrients to keep her strength.

Tommy walked over and picked Tubbo up. He struggled a bit, but not too much. Quickly, be brought Tubbo to his bed and laid him down. They would of went to the medical tent, but no one wanted to wake Skeppy.

Puffy felt his forehead for a fever, and then felt his pulse. She counted the seconds in between each beat. "his heart rate is slower than it should be. What exactly happened?" She looked to Tommy, wanting the truth.

Tommy cleared his throat, and looked at Lani for a second. "We were restless so we were walking around the camp, then he fainted."

"What about his headache? And the medicine Puffy told him to take?" Lani spoke up. Tommy had never wanted to throw her in a river so bad until now.

"I didn't tell him to take anything..." Puffy gave Tommy a hard look, waiting for some truth to come out. "Lani, go back to bed." Puffy figured whatever it was, Lani didn't need to hear it.

"Is he going to be alright though?" She looked at Tubbo.

"Yes, I'll take care of him." Puffy promised, and watched Lani slowly go back to her bed. "Tommy...if you know what happened, say it. I can't help him if I don't know what happened."

Tommy sighed, knowing it was best to let the secret out now. "Alright well...you know how Skeppy has been high all the damn time?"

Puffy nodded, scared of where this was going.

"Tubbo wanted to try it...I told him not to!" He defended himself.

"Tommy! No- you've got to be joking?!" Captain Puffy was clearly upset, and she had the right to be. "What did he take?" She kept monitoring his heartbeats now.

"Morphine...but it's not that bad, is it?" Tommy thought morphine would just knock him out for a bit.

Puffy sighed, she wanted to cry out of frustration. "Tommy- I don't know...it depends on how much he took. The only thing we can do is wait. There's nothing I can do for him." She wished she could be a good role model, and do something for Tubbo. But nothing could be done in this situation.

Tommy looked at Tubbo, scared of losing him. This is how Tubbo must have felt when Tommy passed out that time. "I'm sorry...I should of done more to stop him."
