//THE LONG AWAITED NEXT CHAPTER!!! I know this kinda looks like the end, but I still have things to do in this fic so dw, we're going on. This chapter has around 2000 words. I really wanted to release it for so long, so I hope yall enjoy it!//

'Y/n, what the fuck is going on?' I get stuck, watching Dream as he was slowly but surely gathering rage inside of him. It was like watching a wildfire spread. A wildfire that you caused. I start stuttering, feeling like I'll screw this up if I say anything. My heart was beating at an alarming pace, knowing that I screwed up. Normally, I would have Dream to rub my back and calm me down, but now he's the reason why I'm not calm in the first place. Quackity pushes me behind him.

'Leave her alone.' Dream raises and eyebrow, frowning at Alex. 'Bro you were the one kissing her. So you leave her alone.' 'Why. Is she your girlfriend or something?' 'Doesn't matter. I order you to stay away from her.' 'And what makes you think you can just control me?'

I'm on the verge of imploding. They're talking like I didn't even exist. I start screaming, from the bottom of my lungs. 'ALEX KISSED ME BUT I NEVER AGREED WITH THAT. WE WERE TALKING AND HE SUDDENLY KISSED ME. CLAY...I DID NOT AGREE WITH THIS.'

I feel all my power drain away from me, as I'm on the verge of collapsing. He runs up to me, and catches me in his arms. He rubs my back, Quackity looking at us, heavy-breathing. He pulls away, looking me in the eyes. 'Y/n, did you give him the consent to kiss you? Was it consensual?' 'No.' I shake my head. I feel Clay starting to shake, as his grip on me was getting stronger. 'Get out.' He hisses at Alex. 'No.' 'Get out I say. Get out before I don't make you regret it.'

Quackity doesn't move a muscle. Dream curses under his breath, pulling away from the hug. 'I'm sorry, Y/n.' He says, as he runs towards Alex with his fists clenched. He doesn't get to react in any way, as Clay acts way too fast. He punches him right in the face. I scream in terror, as Quackity stumbles on his feet. 'DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THIS GIRL EVER AGAIN, YOU LITTLE MEANINGLESS PEACE OF SHIT. IS THAT CLEAR? SHE'S OFF THE LIMITS.' Quackity rubs his bloodied nose, looking at Clay.

'Fuck you.'

Dream raises his fist once again, as Alex flinches. 'IS THAT FUCKING CLEAR?' He tries to add something more, but he doesn't get to, as Wilbur rushes in, pushing me into the wall, and yanking Dream away, so he couldn't touch Alex.

'Get out, Alex.' Wilbur says. This time, it looks like Quackity learnt his lesson. He walks away, with his nose still bleeding.

Dream pulls away from Wilbur, walking towards me. 'I'm sorry, Y/n.' 'What the fuck were you thinking about?' Wilbur asks. 'He kissed her. When she didn't want to be kissed.' 'And you broke his fucking nose for that?' Clay shrugs. 'I guess I can get a little protective over my precious stuff.'

I blush. God he's hot. He cracks his knuckles soaked in blood, as he looks at me, and gives me a smile. Even tho he looks amazing, and I'm extremely tempted to just jump on him, I realize what he just did. 'Never do that again. Don't beat people up, Dream. Even more. Alex is my best friend. You can't just beat him up. ' 'Okay, Y/n. I'm sorry. I really didn't want to get you mad. But common now, how good of a friend is he when he tried to kiss you like that?'

I take a pause and sigh. I don't know. I love Alex. With my whole heart. But what he did kinda scared me. Not the kiss itself. I mean, it was indeed just a kiss. But the strength he was holding my chin with, the way he didn't let me choose. I can't get the memory of his fingers keeping my face still off my mind. Maybe I am exaggerating. He just wanted me. And I can't offer him that. Not now, that I'm so close to Dream. That I feel so loved and so safe around him.

I look up at him. 'Just promise me you will never beat him again, or anybody else that is my friend.' I cannot promise that. I'm sorry.'

'Yeah, I'll just leave you two alone.' Wilbur says, as he walks away, and closes the door after him.
