"why are you staring at my face? is there something on it?" asked soobin, who had noticed yeonjun's stare.

yeonjun quickly looked away and cleared his throat. "yeah"

soobin started touching his face, "what?"
"ugliness."

soobin shot yeonjun a terrifying glare, which yeonjun was not at all threatened by. in fact, he found it quite adorable.

yeonjun shook his head. wow, realizing you're in love with someone does change your thoughts a bit.
"you're even more uglier."

"you literally called me fucking gorgeous like 2 days ago."

"DON'T BRING THAT UP!"

"hey soobin, remember the time when you called me fucking gorgeous?"
soobin smacked yeonjun's arm. really hard.

"ow ow ow."

soobin's eyes widened. "oh shit, was there a cut? i'm so sorry i didn't realize."

yeonjun stuck out his tongue. "caught ya."
"you lil---"

"WHO'S OVER THERE?" said an unknown voice.

yeonjun and soobin immediately huddled into corner. they heard footsteps coming around their place or where they were hiding but because it was night time and it was dark, the man couldn't see them.

it was then yeonjun realised how close he was to soobin. there was literally zero space between them.

"this must be the happiest moment of your life. you know, being so close to me." whispered yeonjun, with a cocky grin on his face.

soobin rolled his eyes and said, "well, i don't know if it's my happiest but this is definetly one of my happier moments in life. being here with you. you literally hated my guts even though i wanted to be friend with you. so, i guess, it's really nice to be here with you."yeonjun fell in love with the person who he hated.
who would've thought.

yeonjun went home, his spirits high. nothing could damper his spirits.

or so he thought.
he went home and as usual, his parents were sitting in the living room.

"yeonjun come here." his mother said.

yeonjun immediately obeyed and went to where his mother is sitting. "yes mother?"

"tomorrow you're taking a leave from school."

well, that did damper his spirits. he liked going to school. there was beomgyu, kai and taehyun. and soobin.

"may i know why?"
his mom shot him a cold glare which sent shivers down his spine.

"you don't need to ask questions. go to bed."

yeonjun nodded and went upstairs to his room. he closed the door and lied down on his bed.

yeonjun wondered what was there in store for him tomorrow.

yeonjun groaned and opened his eyes. right, he didn't have school today.
