Chapter 10

"Can you stop yelling at me? We are on the phone, there's no need to yell." I told my mom who I was having a phone conversation with. "I would stop if you would quit arguing. It's time for you to come home Audrey." She said. She making me so mad right now. Like my absolute best friend just woke up from a coma yesterday and you want me to come home? "Mom I'm not coming home yet. I need to be here with Jack." I said and hung up. "Audrey" Jack said. "Good morning Jack." I said. "What was that about?" He asked. "Oh it's nothing, just my mom." I said. "Oh okay. Can you come lay with me?" He asked. "Yeah sure" I said as I got up and walked over to his bed, careful of the wires and stuff, and laid down next to him and before I knew it we both fell asleep.

"Hey Audrey, your parents said you can stay for tonight but you have a plane ticket ready and so you have to go home tomorrow." My uncle Nash said. "Okay" I said. "Dad when am I going home?" Jack asked. "They said whenever you woke up, so I guess we can go." Nash said as he got their stuff ready to go home.

When we got back to Jack's house, Jack and I went up to his room and watched movies. "Audrey?" He said. "Yes Jack?" I asked. "I love you" he said and kissed my cheek. "Love you too crazy." I said back and kissed his cheek. "Aud, I know this isn't cute, only because I am still recovering, and I know you are leaving tomorrow, but, uh, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked. OMG! Now I really hate my mom. Like can she let me stay for the rest of the week? "I would love too." I said. "Thanks peanut" he said. "Thanks for what?" I asked. "Everything that you have done for me especially while I was in the hospital." he said. "Eh, no problem." I said. "I have to go get my bags ready for tomorrow and it's getting kind of late, so I need to go back to the guest room." I told Jack. "You can go get your bags ready, but that guest room sucks, you should come sleep in here with me." He said with a grin. "Sounds like a plan Jack Hamilton." I said. "You're cute peanut" he said.

When I got done getting my stuff ready, I took my bags into Jack's room and laid back down with him and then his dad came in. "Woah, okay!" He said. "What?" Jack asked. "Nothing, I just don't want anything going on." Nash said. "Don't make me call your dad Audrey" he said joking around. "No thanks." I said. "Nothing's going on, obviously, except I have a girlfriend." Jack said smiling. "Really Jack?!?! That's wrong. You know that Audrey likes you and you go out and get a girlfriend? That's just rude!" Nash said. "Dad, it's Audrey." Jack said. "Oh well, finally. It took you long enough." Nash said. "Thanks dad" Jack said laughing and Nash left. "Really, he couldn't shut the door?" Jack said. "You'll be fine." I said. "Jack!" Bella said walking into Jack's room. "Hey Bell!" He said to her. "What are you doing silly?" He asked her as she tried to get on his bed. "Getting on your bed, see." She said with her hands up as she successfully got on his bed. "Yeah, I like your pj's. Who's on 'em?" I asked. "Frozen. Scoot over so I can lay by Jack." She said trying to move me over. "Hey Bella, don't be mean, tell her your sorry." Jack said. "I'm sorry Audrey." Bella said. "Thank you, here come lay between me and Jack. "Wait, are you Jack's girlfriend?" She asked. "Yeah." I said. "Cool, you guys should get married." She said and I looked at Jack and laughed. Jack, Bella, and I watched movies and laughed all night long until Bella and I both fell asleep next to Jack. I really don't want to leave him tomorrow.

"Audrey, wake up!" Bella yelled. "Bella, don't yell, she's asleep, leave her alone right now, her and Jack are tired." Nash said. "Yeah but I'm up so they have to be up too." She told Nash. "Just because you woke up at like 7 this morning doesn't mean they have to be up early like you, you little stinker." Nash said picking her up and tickling her and they left and went back to the living room. "Hey Grier, get up." I said shaking him. "Huh?" He asked. Okay well I know his morning voice is hot and I think he just killed me. "Get up, I don't want to sleep my last day with you away." I said getting up. "Okay I guess" he said getting up. I changed into a coral Patagonia, jazz pants, and black Nikes and Jack put on jeans, Sperry's, a Polo, and a black North face and we went downstairs. "Well would you look at who's up!" My aunt Ryleigh said. ( A/N: okay so just to clear this up, Nash and isn't really her uncle, he's just Cam's best friend so she calls him that and since Ryleigh is Nash's wife, she calls her her aunt) "Yeah, what time is it?" Jack asked. "12:30" Nash said. "Dang, I guess we're tired." Jack said. "No it's cuz we stayed up watching those funny movies. You know they one with the funny minions." Bella said laughing. "Bella did you stay with Jack and Audrey last night?" Ryleigh asked her. "Uh hu!" She said. "Well before Audrey leaves, we are going out for lunch, so since you two are already ready, you guys can just hangout out while me,dad, and Bella get ready" she said. "Okay" Jack and I said and went outside.

"Jack I have a question." I said. "What?" He asked as he threw the basketball into the basketball goal. "Where did you get the nickname peanut from?" I asked. "I don't know, it just cute, like you" he said coming over and pecking me on the lips. "Okay kids lets go" Nash yelled and Jack, Bella, and I climbed in the truck. "Where do you guys want to go?" Ryleigh asked looking at the backseat at Bella. "Taco Bell!" Jack and I both yelled. "Taco Bell it is" Nash said as he backed out of the driveway.

"Jack what do you want?" Nash asked. "Umm 2 regular Doritos Locos tacos, a soft taco, a cheese roll up, and a Baja Blast freeze." Jack said. "Good night kid, you are your father's child." Ryleigh said. "Audrey what do you want?" She asked. "3 soft tacos with meat and cheese only, a cheese roll up, a side of sour cream, and a Baja Blast Freeze." I said. "You kids love your Taco Bell." She said laughing. "Bell what do you want?" She asked Bella. "A plain taco." Bella said. "Crunchy or soft?" She asked Bella. "Soft and a sprite." Bella said. "Okay." Ryleigh said and Nash told them our order with his and Ryleigh's added and drove through, paid and got our food and we went to the park and ate.

"Bye Uncle Nash!" I said. "Bye baby girl. Let me know when you get home okay?" He said. "Okay. Bye aunt Ryleigh" I said. "Bye, I love you." She said. "Love you too." I said. "Bye Bella Boo." "Bye Audrey" she said as I picked her up to hug her and she kissed my cheek. "Bye Grier." I said as I hugged Jack. "Bye peanut. I love you and I meant it okay?" He said. "I love you too." I said and then we kissed. "Ewwww Bubba that's gross." Bella yelled as she sat in Nash's arms and pointed at us. we broke the kiss and laughed. "Flight 698 to California is now boarding." The intercom blared. "Bye guys." I said as I rolled my suitcase and went to get on the plane. As I walked, I looked back at Ryleigh, Jack, and Nash holding Bella and waved bye. Hopefully I'll get to see my boyfriend soon. Boyfriend, I liked the sound of that.
