I walked into the house with Levi, but after five seconds he was gone. I looked around trying to find him but he was nowhere to find. Maybe it was because he was short or he's dead. Either way, I would die.

1. I called him short and I feel like he can read my mind.

2. If he is dead. Then I'm dead. If Levi can't protect himself from whatever it was that killed him I couldn't either. I may be strong but not this strong.

I heard someone behind me and turned around thinking it was an intruder. There he was. Cleaning. Just there, in the middle of the hallway. Sitting on the floor.

"Hey, Mr. Clean, what the actual fuck are you doing?" I asked him and he scoffed. Levi stood up-- and still being shorter than me he looked up a little bit. He gave me that icy glare that would usually scare someone half to death, but I had seen worse than this.

"We are cleaning this filthy place." He said and looked back at the ground. He sat down and started cleaning the spot that he was cleaning earlier on.

"You clean the second floor. I'll clean this one." He mumbled. I nodded but as soon as I turned around I rolled my eyes. What a fun day this will be. Well, what did I expect? I'm living in the same house as Levi. Yes, Levi the clean freak.

I'm still hurt and in pain but I'll just try my best not to show it. I have to be able to train and slay those titans. After that, I'll find the murderer.

It took me so long to clean, and I wouldn't be surprised if Levi would find it dirty. I walked downstairs and walked into the hallway Levi was in earlier on.

He wasn't there anymore. Hmh he must've finished this floor because it looks like heaven in here. It's so clean and spotless. I had to take my shoes off before coming in because Levi would have killed me if I didn't.

He was probably already in his office, so I decided to check every room to see which one was his office. The rooms had not been assigned yet so he could have chosen a random room.

It was the last room on the first floor-- which he cleaned-- and I walked in without knocking because I didn't feel like knocking.

As soon as I walked in I regretted ever doing it; but also not. Shake out of it Y/n.

There he was, shirtless. Oh, how he looked good, but also not. I covered my eyes as fast as I could but he came towards me and took my hands off my eyes.

He was still shirtless. And holy shit he looked hot. I never liked him but he's hot and you can't even try to deny it.

"Get used to it. We are sharing a job and we will be seeing each other a lot," he explained as he put on a shirt. I was about to walk out but I forgot to ask something. "Where is my office?"

"We are sharing an office. There isn't enough room." He said while looking me in the eyes. His beautiful grey eyes met my e/c ones. It was silent for a few seconds but we snapped out of it. I realized what he had said and looked to the other side of the room. There it was. A desk with my name on it.

I guess he wasn't kidding. Oh how this is going to be fun. "I'm getting my stuff. I'll be back."

I walked out of his, no scratch that, our office, and went to the hall where I had dropped of my stuff. I grabbed the two suitcases and walked back to the office.

I opened the door and saw Levi sitting at his desk doing paperwork. Same as always. I set my suitcases next to my desk and started unpacking.

I noticed the box with all my letters to my very dead parents. I don't know why I keep these when they make me so depressed. Mhm, I guess they just make me feel like they are still alive.

I put it in the bottom drawer so no one would accidentally find it and read them. There are some. let's say questionable things written in these letters.

I suffer from PTSD for obvious reasons. I started writing those letters when I was alone. I never talked to anyone about what happened in those three years I was alone. It was traumatizing and something I'll never be able to forget.

"Oi Y/N what are you doing?" Levi asked and I snapped out of my thoughts. I was still looking at the box which was in the bottom drawer. "Oh, nothing don't worry," I said as I closed the drawer.

After a while of unpacking, I finally finished and I sat down in the oddly comfortable office chair. I sighed and closed my eyes for a bit.

I fell asleep.

~Time skip brought to you by Mr. Clean~

I woke up in a room that didn't look like my office. It was one of the bedrooms on the first floor. "Good, you're finally awake. Tomorrow the cadets will be here so get some sleep or do paperwork" I heard a voice say from right next to me. It was Levi. Well, who else would it be?

I fell asleep and Levi probably carried me to the bedroom right next to the office we shared. I stood up and walked to the kitchen in the mess hall. Levi probably had not eaten anything yet since nothing was used yet.

I grabbed some bread and one for Levi too. Meh, let's try to be nice today. After grabbing the bread I made tea for both of us.

After I finished I went back to our office and opened the door. He looked up from his paperwork and looked at me with a weird expression. "I brought bread and tea. I don't think you ate anything yet today so I thought I'd make something for you." I explained as I gave him the bread and tea.

"Thank you," He mumbled and he went back to his paperwork. I sat down at my desk and ate my food and drank the tea. After finishing I put it on the side of my desk and went to grab the tower of paperwork I had to finish.

I hate paperwork so much. It's the worst and I at least have to do like 60 a day. I looked over at Levi who was almost done with his paperwork and was so focused. How does he do it? I could never.

After doing paperwork for another 30 minutes Levi was finished and I was almost finished too. Levi just sat there in his chair doing nothing. Life is boring.

Something was off about him and he looked pale so I decided to go check on him. He was burning hot. He had a fever.

"Levi, you have a fever. I'm going to get some medicine. I want you to change in light clothing if you can." I explained as I went to the medical box. I was still in the room and I heard Levi stand up and change into different clothes. I didn't want to turn around but he was sick and he said I should get used to it.

I put the medicine on the table and went to get some water for him. Trying not to look I went over to the sink and grabbed a cloth.

After he finished changing I put the wet cloth and put it on his forehead. I also give him the medicine and kept him hydrated.

Levi didn't weigh a lot so I decided I would go put him in his bed. I picked him up and carried him to the bedroom that was right next to mine. it wasn't very far from the office so I wouldn't struggle with the still hurting wound on my chest.

I opened the door to his bedroom and put him down in the bed. He was already asleep and I pulled the sheets over his body.

"Goodnight Y/n" He mumbled half asleep.

"Goodnight Levi"
