I only vaguely remember doing the x-rays due to the morphine. But I definitely remember making out with Allie. God she tasted heavenly. Her lips were so soft, I couldn't help but bite the bottom one. Thankfully and surprisingly, she let me in and our tongues danced together.
I barely heard the doctor clear his throat and I pouted when Allie pulled away. I smirked a little and began kissing and nibbling her neck as payback for turning away. Nothing happened; she didn't react in the slightest. No moan, no tensing up, nothing. I pouted again as she pulled me past the doctor and out the door.
The ride home was blurry for me. In what seemed like seconds, we were walking through the dorm doors and Allie was gone again. I knew it was probably the morphine, but I suddenly got kinda sad. "She didn't even give me a kiss goodbye," I said, my head low.
Ty chuckled and led me to my room. "Alright lover boy," he said, his hand on my shoulder, "you need sleep."
I tried to protest by solidly planting my feet on the floor. Childish, I know, but I didn't wanna sleep. I wanted Allie, I wanted another kiss.
"Damian," Ty groaned, "don't make me knock you out!" He tried to push oni my back, but I dead-weighted. He let out a small cry as he fell with me on top of him.
We both turned at the sound of Mitchell laughing at our antics. "You two," he managed between laughs, "are just priceless!"
Ty pouted and whined, "Miiiiiiiiitch! Get his fat ass off of me!"
I gasped dramatically. "Tyler Nguyen, i thought you were my best friend! I thought you loved me!" He growled and I laughed as he tried, once again, to get me off of him.
Next thing I knew, I was in the arms of our British roommate. Holy shit, I didn't know he was so strong. He carried me straight to my room and dropped me on my bed. I oh-so-maturely stuck my tongue out at him. Mitchell just rolled his eyes and walked out, closing my door. I faintly heard a click and suspected they locked me in my own room.
"Stupid heads," I grumbled childishly. I honestly didn't care how ridiculous I was being; I was high on morphine. I could feel it beginning to wear off, though, and I was overcome with a wave of exhaustion.
I took off all fo ym clothes minus my boxers and laid down, ignoring the slight throbbing in my hands. At the time, when I punched the trees, I didn't think about the consequences. I was angry. but now, I really regret it.
Despite that, though, I still got Allie. She said yes and even kissed me for Christ's sake! I felt happiness swell in my chest at the memory, and it swelled even more when I remembered kissing her at the hospital. I fell asleep with a proud smile on my face.
I woke up a couple hours later, wincing when I flexed my hands. I had a bad feeling in my gut; something really was't right, and my instincts told me Allie was involved. Did she get hurt?
I got up and threw some pants on, walking to the door of my room. Luckily, it wasn't locked any more. I walked out and saw Mitchell trying to calm down a pacing Ty.
"Guys?" I asked, hoping the anxiety wasn't clear in my voice, "Where is Allie?"
Mitchell frowned. "She left to go get your prescription and hasn't come back. Has she texted you?"
I ran back to my room and dug my phone out of my jeans pocket. Unlocking it, I was that I in fact did have a message from Allie that made my blood run cold.
From: Allie~
HELP!!!
"Shit," I whispered to myself. I ran out of the room to Ty and Mitchell. "Guys, we need to get to Walgreens, now!"
Ty stopped pacing. "Why? What's wrong? Did something happen?"
My mouth was in a grim, determined line. "Allie is in trouble."
