" i'll be sure to visit often, your highn- Min Hyung." she gave a warm smile as she sat in her carriage and waved goodbye while he did the same. " i'll drop by as well, on your birthday." she wasn't sure how he knew her birthday but she was glad that she came out of the palace for once.
when she arrived at the palace, her usual self emerged from within as she ran around the palace with her assistant ladies chasing her around.
" your highness! please calm down!" her first assistant, Ivy, called out to her while her second, Min Jung, was silently chasing after her.
she suddenly stopped and like a domino, they hit each other's back and fell except for princess Hae Won . "oop, sorry" even though she was overhyped, she had the heart to help them up. they knew each other since childhood and they cherish each other deeply.
" today was the best day ever! who knew there would actually be handsome princes around? my heart was overcharged with shock powers..." she dramatically fainted with her left hand on her forehead . "you should rest, your highness."
" we have been friends for so long, why are you still calling me your highness? everyone is allowed to call me Hae Won in this palace!" her outgoing personality was what everyone loved. in her palace, she wasn't a princess. in fact, everyone was treated like a normal human being. all who were as equal.

there was a knock on the door and a staff opened the door to receive a parcel for the princess. he handed it to her and she made her way to her room . " everyone should take a rest now! those on high security should eat at their positions!" she shouted from her room and everyone obeyed the princess. she was in charge as she was the only one left of the royal family.
she opened the parcel to see a bed of roses and a white glossy card that read,

she had unknowingly smiled to herself as she lifted a rose and studied it carefully. she felt like she was attached to a man she had met once and funny enough, it felt as if they knew each other before but she shrugged the feeling off. " he's cute, i'll give him that."
months and months passed, prince Min Hyung and princess Hae Won were penpals as they were too busy to even drop by to each other's kingdom. even rumours were out around that the two royals were penpals but they didn't mind it anyways.
it was time for her monthly visit to the old folks home and orphanages. it had become a thing ever since she had wandered around and met some of the kids who seemed so lovely to her.
she had arrived to the orphanage a little early to walk around and buy gifts for the kids. when she was picking out teddy bears, she was shocked by an unexpected appearance from the prince she had missed, prince Min Hyung.
" oh my god, how i've missed you!" her body reacted earlier than her mind, giving him a hug which bewildered him. she got back to her senses and pushed him away which he lost balance and grabbed onto the thing nearest to him, her coat. they were now on the ground with the princess on top of the prince. their faces were centimetres away, their lips slightly brushed against each other and she quickly got away, helping him up.
" i am so sorry, princess." a hue of pink appeared on her face but she shook her head to indicated it was okay. " i've missed you too." they smiled at each other and there was a moment of silence before Min Jung interrupted . " Hae Won, we have picked out the gifts for the orphanage. is there anything else you would like ?" she shook her head and signalled for her to wait outside while the two continued their conversation.
" so, what are you doing here?" the prince laughed, saying " i missed you, of course." she laughed and furrowed her brows because it was rather unusual to have people say these things to her. " where are you heading to?"
" oh i'm heading to the orphanage. ended up coming earlier to pick out some gifts for the kids. it's always a joy to see their lovely smiles." he was surprised by the warmth of her heart. " do you do these things too in neo dream kingdom?" he shook his head, " my brother, Jae Min, frequents the orphanages but the rest of us are rather busy with events and celebrations." she had thought of a great idea since it seemed like he didn't have much experiences with something like this.
" well, if you have time, would you like to come along and visit?" he gladly agreed and they were on their way immediately since they were running a little late.
as soon as the princess stepped in the orphanage house, she was overwhelmed by their great presence in a great way and hugged them one by one without missing anyone.
" pretty lady , who's this man ?" she bent down to the sweet boy's eye level and ruffled his hair. " this, is prince Min Hyung from Neo Dream Kingdom. they're down south." she told the kids to come closer and took a peek at the prince before whispering. " all 7 princes are so good looking but i like him best."
" she said she likes you best out of all 7 princes!" a little girl said as she smiled, showing her pure innocence. the princess laughed awkwardly,
" that's not what i said."
" kids don't lie, pretty lady." a boy who wore sunglasses were chic and everyone broke into a big laugh. " alright, you win big boy." she ruffled her hair and everyone gathered around.
