"It is not up for discussion." Adrian said in a finalising tone as he continued to pack a suitcase of his and kodas belongings.

Koda stayed at hospital an extra week for the antibiotics for his throat. He was eating and walking perfectly.
The time has come for Koda to go home with Adrian.
Koda was least pleased hearing such news. He sat on the edge of his bed with a pile of neatly folded clothes next to him, Adrian was expecting him to get dressed.
Snippets of kodas memories came back to him throughout the week. Some haunting memories of kodas encounters with Adrian left the boy obsessed not able to forget.
They would come flashing to the front of his mind everytime Adrian would growl a demand at him. Or reprimand him for his behaviour like he was nothing more than a naughty little child. It angered the boy. The unsettling fear of how unpredictable Adrian was, kept Koda restless.
Other things where still foggy in his mind like;
How he got to the hospital, where his parents are, what he used to do before meeting Adrian. Damn, Koda doesn't even know what state or city he is in right now.
But he remembers. He remembers when Adrian woke him once when he fell asleep on his office stairs. The way he grabbed his arm, the fear he felt and still feels to this day.
He remembers Adrian running into him and knocking his coffee out of his hand. He remembers nearly getting ran down by his car. Unfortunately he doesn't remember why he nearly got ran down by the car. He doesn't remember the drugs, the mafia.
"Good because I wasn't planning on discussing shit with you" Koda grumbled under his breath, kicking his feet lightly sulking on the end of the bed.
Adrian finished packing the suitcase, he turned to sigh at Koda. Adrian leaned against the wall putting one hand in his pocket.
He would often stand and stare at his beautiful boy. He couldn't wait to get him home, give him a real bath. Wash his body and beautiful long curls on his head. Regardless of the tantrums he has been constantly having, Adrian would stop for a moment and appreciate that his baby is here. He's alive and he's ok.
"Well, ok then I'll take you home in your hospital gown I don't really care dude." Adrian stated nonchalantly.
"Damn, why don't you just take it off and I'll take you home butt naked. You don't wanna wear the clothes I have offered you koda.... I won't force you to, not yet anyway." Adrian informed his stubborn boy.
Adrian had barely said two words to Koda all week. Now all of a sudden he's barking orders and demanding shit Koda didn't want to do.
Adrian beckoned for one of his security guards who have been at kodas door since he became mobile again. Adrian wouldn't take any chances and wanted Koda safe.
He handed the luggage to one of the big men and asked them to put it in the waiting car.
When the guard left with the suitcase Adrian turned to stand infront of Koda once more.
Koda was still continuing to kick the floor and sulk avoiding all eye contact.
"What's it gunna be then little man?" Adrian brushed a strand of hair out of kodas face.
Koda quickly jerked away immediately not wanting Adrian to touch him.
Adrian slowly dropped his hand to his side and sighed once more. He crouched down to engage eye contact with Koda.
Adrian looked at his baby hopefully.
"Koda..." Adrian breathed.
"I'm not asking you to do backflips naked out of the hospital. I'm not asking you to jump out the window. I simply want you in some comfy, warm, clean clothes baby. Please put them on. Not for me. But do it for yourself to make yourself feel good." Adrian tried to persuade in his softest voice.
Koda, for the first time that morning since he found out he was going home with Adrian looked directly at the man taking him. He saw the hope in Adrians eyes. Adrian allowed him to see the love on his face.
Kodas chest got tight, he eyes stung. Getting emotional he couldn't understand why. Who the hell is he calling little man? Baby!? He isn't anyone's baby. Not anymore. Not in a long time. Koda thought frustratedly.
Why is any of this happening?
He didn't trust any words to come out of his mouth without tearing up so all he did was turn his head away slightly, trying desperately to blink the tears away.
After a long moment Adrian deflated once more and got up.
"I'm going to get your discharge papers then we shall make a move." Adrian spoke as he swiftly walked out of the room.
Koda looked back over at the clothes, reluctantly he made quick work of getting changed into them;
An oversized navy blue hoodie which hung below his bottom reaching his thighs. Some tight black sweat pants which really outlined his slim figure. And some soft fabric style sneakers.
Koda liked the outfit, everything fit him fine. Except he kept trying to pull the hoodie up a little. He didn't like how low it hung.
Just as Koda was fussing about with his hoodie Adrian promptly walked back in with the papers. He looked at Koda and raised his brow.
"So you do know how to do as you are told."he said curtly.
"The crappy hoodie doesn't fit."Koda huffed throwing his arms up In the air.
Adrian looked at his baby. He really looked at every part of him up and down. He couldn't help the hungry look that crossed his face as he mentally undressed him with his eyes. Adrian let his mind wander a little further as he looked at his beautiful boy.
Shaking the thoughts away Adrian approached Koda.
"You're fine. Stop tugging at it. The design is supposed to look like it's oversized. It fits you in the arms fine" Adrian adjusted the hoodie slightly with Koda protesting.
"Right let's go." Adrian straightened himself up and walked towards the door.
In this moment, Kodas nerves got the best of him. This is really it. He's going home with this man. This man who looks at him like he's something to eat.
Koda stood paralysed in fear. He felt an ache in his stomach and his heart started to beat like a steam train racing down a rickety track.
His mind was screaming danger at him. But Koda knew he had no where else to go.
Koda knew he was going to have to go with this man he doesn't know.
When Adrian noticed Koda hadn't moved from his spot he came back in the room.
"I haven't got all day Koda! I have work to do." Adrian growled.
Koda got very emotional very quickly.
He started shaking his head no and willed the unshed tears to stay unshed.
"I... I can't" he hiccuped.
Shaking his head more furiously as the fearful tears started to force their way trickling down his cheeks. He started to take steps backwards working himself up in a panic.
Adrian began getting annoyed at his actions.
"Now is not the time little boy. I'm not dealing with a tantrum right now because you don't want to come. Take a very quick minute. Get yourself together and move. Or I will get Felix to pick you up and take you to the car." Adrian seethed checking his watch on his wrist.
It was already lunch time. Adrian hasn't even logged any hours of work at all today. He hasn't missed a days work in many years.
At this very point the primal fight or flight instinct kicked in for Koda, unfortunately there was no escape route for the young man. There was no flight.
"No! You know what? Go fuck yourself if you even think I'm going to come willingly!!" Kodas voice quivered, laced with fear and anger at being cornered and controlled.
His heart felt as if it was beating out of his chest. It felt like the world was moving a thousand miles an hour. Koda felt the adrenaline seeping through his body like hot wax.
Adrian stood at the doorway to the large hospital room staring at his delinquent boy.
He stared menacingly at Koda for several minutes processing the situation. Watching the boy getting more and more worked up by the second.
Without a single look back Adrian turned on his heel and proceeded to slowly walk out of the room.
"Grab the boy Felix." Adrian growled as he walked away.
Koda was gobsmacked. He could not believe what Adrian had just said to the brute of a man at the door.
This man didn't even fit in the door frame of the room.
Felix sauntered into the room going through the door sideways. He didn't say a single word to Koda he simply picked the boy up. Ensuring his arms where tucked in at his sides before slinging him over his shoulder like a used duffle bag. With his arms trapped between his own body and Felix's broad shoulder Koda couldn't do much but scream for help and cry. Which is what the young boy did. All the way to the car where Adrian impatiently waited for him.
Adrian sat in his black tinted suv as Felix opened the back door and dumped Koda on the seat next to Adrian. The door was firmly slammed behind Koda as Felix made himself comfortable in the drivers seat ready for the orders to proceed to drive home.

Koda scrambled to see if the door would open for him. After pulling on the locked door handle many times he relented, turning around to press his back against the door.
He was still crying, his cheeks rosy and flustered. Koda felt so overwhelmed and not in control of anything right now.
While Adrian busied himself with his mobile phone Koda took the moment to try and calm himself down.
After a moment or two Adrian looked up from his phone at Koda.
"Sit in your seat properly." Adrian told the boy.
"No" Koda gasped out instantly.
"Sit in your seat properly right now." Adrian growled getting angry.
"Or what?!" Koda shouted.
"Or you will be punished." Adrian retorted.
"Pfft. Fuck you. I am a fucking adult. You can't punish me!" Koda panicked out the words. Fearing for his life.
Adrian sighed. A deep frustrated sigh. He rubbed his forehead and mentally counted to ten before looking back at Koda.
Koda looked scared but still ready to fight, ready to challenge Adrians authority.
Adrian shoved his phone into his pant pocket and unbuckled his own seatbelt. He moved over to the middle of the back seat approaching Koda. Swiftly he grabbed the boys arm and yanked him face down over his lap. Within seconds Adrian pinned his arm down on kodas back so the boy couldn't try and get up easily.
It all happened too fast for Koda to react.
Adrian made quick work of pulling kodas pants and underwear down in the small space of the back of the car.
Koda realised what was happening as soon as he was thrown over Adrians knees he tried helplessly to get up but to no avail.
Adrian, wasting no time began raining several painful swats to kodas vulnerable exposed backside.
Instantly Koda began yelping in pain begging to be freed. He didn't have much room to kick his legs but he sure did try to.
"Stop. Kicking. Your. Damn. Legs." Adrian growled. Each word he growled out was followed by a painful swat to his upper thighs.
Koda was a mess, he continued screaming and crying for mercy which was not given. The pain radiating from his backside was unbearable.
Adrian didn't let up swatting every part of his red, sore butt over and over again until 10 whole minutes passed. Koda submitted to the gruelling punishment. He stopped trying to kick Adrians hand away. He stopped trying to reach back. He became a blubbering mess apologising over and over again as he cried into the crook of his arm. Adrian relented after delivering five final blows to the boys abused backside.
They both stayed silent for a while with Koda over his lap, Adrian let the boy cry it all out.
After a few silent moments Adrian dressed the boy and helped sit him back up. He firmly sat koda into the seat next to him, leaned over and buckled him into the seat. He then positioned himself back into his seat giving the orders to his body guard to drive them home.
Koda felt awful, the sting sitting on his butt was unbearable. He felt exhausted, physically and emotionally spent already. Koda didn't say a word the whole way home. Fear keeping him from talking or moving. Adrian scared him. Adrian hurt him. Koda felt alone and so very lost right now. This man who has overtaken his life is cruel. Koda wants to get as far away from him as he possibly can. He knows that for sure.
Adrian, did not speak to Koda or Felix the whole journey home. It was dead silent in between kodas little sniffles and fidgeting on his sore bottom.
Adrian felt quite disappointed too. He didn't want to discipline Koda so soon but he knows the boy needs to learn his place. Adrian needs him to learn fast.
Koda has no idea the spanking was the tip of the iceberg to the world he is about to be plunged into.
