The petrified man lead us to the back, in the freezer where human bodies laid upside down with their neck sliced open.
As we made it passed the freezer, he opened up another door that was hidden behind several bodies. He opened it as it made a loud noise.
"It's down here." He stepped aside for me to go down. I shook my head.
"I'm not stupid, why don't you go first?" I gave a fake smile to the man, he wouldn't move, so I dug the sharp object farther into his spine. He yelped in pain, then continued his steps.
Once I took the last step I saw they had fridges full of blood bags. "Is this it? He nodded abruptly. I angled my head towards the fridges. "Pack it up, all of it. If I see any missing. I'll be storing your body in the freezer, is that understood?"
"Jungkook, go keep an eye out. Make sure no one comes down here. Taehyung, go with him." They both followed one another up the stairs. I kept my focus on the rushing man.
"Keep your weapons on him." I said. Jimin raised his gun, while Hoseok raised his bow. My steps faltered the closer I came to the man. He sensed I was behind him, so he stopped and looked up at me.
"What is your name?" I have not once seen this man in the Valerant's. His scent wasn't familiar either. His gaze landed everywhere but mine. He gulped, I could tell he had a hard time saying information that was regarding him... but why.
"My name is V-Vincent." That was anything but the truth. I got frustrated with him, so I slammed my dagger into the wall beside his head and pushed him up against the wall by his chest.
"That's bullshit, you're not fooling anyone. Tell me your name!" I hear the steps behind me growing closer once I had raised my voice. Thinking the man had done something that was a threat. I held my palm up for them to back away.
"Okay! It's- It's Eros. My name is Eros." He breathed out as my forearm was held sternly against his neck. I loosened it, finally feeling the satisfaction that he was now telling the truth. "Now we're getting somewhere. Who do you work for Eros? I have a feeling that you're more than just a 'member' to the Valerant's."
"That information is classified." He shook his head. I took out the dagger that was stuck in the wall and placed it close to his eyes.
"If you don't tell me what I need to know, I'm afraid you'll be left with no eyesight Eros... I'm going to ask you again. Why do you all of the sudden steal from us? Do you have a new leader? Out of the decades we have known your clan, they wouldn't dare to ever take from us." I said.
"Y-you don't understand, I had to. He said if we let more of these blood bags get into the hands of the wrong people. Our kind is doomed for eternity. It'll be used for evil. " He exclaimed, but it seemed he wasn't fearful of his leader. But of the other.
