Chapter 16

A/N Hey! So I wasn't super clear in the last chapter but atm in the fic Louis has decided to move past Harry after Harry left him alone when he woke up at Harry's, and Louis wants to live a bit more for himself. I just saw a few comments last chapter of some people slightly confused, I hope this clears anything up, feel free to ask questions too! Sorry for any confusion <3

Louis

Surprisingly Louis's life has settled down to a new normal with Niall being back from Ireland, school starting back up, and Louis focusing more on himself. Everything is going well and Louis hasn't felt so relaxed and happy in a long time, his nightmare's have stopped along with the cruel thoughts in his head. Although he understands that the thoughts will probably come back sometime he feels more ready than ever to fight them off, Louis can slowly feel pieces of his life clicking together which gives him hope for his future. 

Louis is snapped out of his own little world by Niall putting down a plate with a muffin on it in front of him. They are out at a cafe for quick snack in between their morning and afternoon lectures, not that Louis admits it but Niall really is his favourite person. Niall is this one constant in his life who alway sticks around even when Louis gets all sassy, Louis chuckles to himself at the thought.

"Whats got you all bubbly Mr Lou?" Niall asks raising an eyebrow grinning widely at him and taking a large sip of his iced chocolate which is the size of his head. 

"Oh nothing really mate, I was just thinking about how good everything has been lately ya know? I never thought I'd ever feel this happy...fuck I sound so cheesy right now." Louis hides his head in his hands to avoid the banter he's about to receive from Niall, but instead Niall's tone turns warm and gentle.

"I'm so proud of you Louis, you've come so far recently I know that you were caught up over the dreaded 'H' word. But you got through it and look at you! You have an awesome job and now your paying half the rent not that I cared paying for all of it but still! I feel like a proud parent!" Niall beams at Louis who is now looking at Niall and tearing up slightly. 

"Niall I-" But before he can reply Niall cuts him off his tone now turning playful.

"Which is why....I figured it was time for you to get back out on the dating scene!" Niall's voice raises excessively on the last two words.

"Niall where is this going?" Louis is feeling slightly concerned because he doesn't know what Niall has done but it has to be something because well its Niall. 

"I MADE YOU A TINDER PROFILE!!!" Niall manages to burst out before breaking down into a fit of laughter, making other people in the cafe shoot them some odd glances. 

"Niall you didn't you fucking idiot" Louis hisses at him mortified at the people glancing at them, he couldn't believe Niall made him a tinder account of all things.

"And..and I have like 15 hot guys lined up for you!" Niall choked out still cackling, he had some fucking audacity, although Louis couldn't deny he wasn't the slightest part curious. 

"Niall what? Why only guys?" Louis asks still keeping a hushed tone, the last thing he wants is for anyone to be eavesdropping on them.

"I don't know your type in girls but I sure do know your taste in guys!" Niall replies having managed to calm his laughter finally smirking at Louis. 

"Excuse me Niall Harry was one guy who I simply found attractive." Louis states in a flat tone crossing his arms down on the table and huffing.

"HA I FUCKING KNEW IT YOU DID WANT TO FUCK HARRY!" Niall practically shouts his voice cutting through the quiet cafe.
