Nandini: Tum log phir wapas India kyun nahi gae??

Cabir: Waha jaate kaise?? Aur jake bhi kya karte??

Nandini: Matlab??

Manik:  Humne bohot try kiya waha contact karne ki. Par nahi kar paye. Phir ek din hume pata chala ki.....

He palmed his face. Nandini rubbed his shoulder to calm him down.

Nandini: Ki kya Manik?? Kuch to bolo.

Cabir: Jis din yaha blast hua tha usi din Malhotra mansion me cylinder burst ho gaya. Pura mansion jalkar rakh ho gaya tha.

It came like a bomb to Nandini. Her hands started shivering and vision became blurry. Same was yhe case with Manik also.

Manik: It's been almost 5 years. But aaj bhi main sochta hu to....Dad....Aur meri Mom. Bas kuchi din to hua hai mujhe meri maa mile hua....wo..bhi......

Seeing his vulnerable state she hugged him tightly.

Cabir's condition was not less than him. But he kept his feelings locked inside him.

To avoid this situation he changed the topic.

Cabir: Accha Nandini....tum aise Manik ke office me....!!

Manik became alert hearing this question. He wiped his tears and looked at Nandini.

Manik: Ha Nandini. Main bhi yahi soch raha tha. Tum to doctor ho. To fir mere office me....wait a second. Tum pehle ek cafe me kaan karti thi na??

Nandini smiled sadly.

A lone tear dropped from her eye. Manik side hugged her to give her much needed strength.

Nandini composed herself.

Nandini: Phir kya hua??

Manik: Phir kya. Hum bass yaha waha bhatakte rahe.
           Phir akdin mujhe ek sunsan jagah pe ek ladka para hua mila. Uspe attack hua tha. Khoon nikal raha tha uske head se. Wo ladka David tha. Maine use kaise bhi karke hospital laya. Use jab hosh aya to pata chala ki Robert ne uske aadmi bhejke ise maarna chaaha. Kyunki David ko pata chal gaya tha ki Robert drug smuggling karta tha.

Nandini: Robert..wo jo....

Manik: Ha wahi Robert jiske cafe me tum kaam karti thi. Sirf David ki behen hi nahi. Aisa bohot saari ladkiyaan thi jo uske sikar hua hain. Pehle un logo ko David mila nahi to.....

Nandini: To??

Manik: David ki ek behen thi. Un logo ne uska....rape....kar diya.

Manik took a deep breath to calm himself.

Manik: Bohot time laga David ko normal hone me. Uska aur koi nahi tha. Sirf ek behen thi. David ka ek chota sa business tha jo bankrupt hone wala tha. David us halat me hi nahi tha ki wo business ko dekhe. Isiliye maine kuch dino ke liye uske business ko sambhala aur bankrupt hone se bachaya.
          David jab thoda normal hua to usne mujhe insist kiya uske saath kaam karne ke liya. Waha se humari life change hone lagi. Wo business dheere dheere bara hone laga. Aur ab wahi hain humari N&M company.

Nandini smiled at him.

Nandini: Manik company ka name N&M..!! Iska full form kya hain??

Manik: " Nandini&Manik "
         David ne tumhare Birthday ke din yeh kiya. Use sab kuch pata hain mere past ke baare me. Maine mana bhi kiya tha par usne meri ak nahi suna. Ulta mujhe hi blackmail karne laga ki agar main use apna dost maanta hoon to uski baat maanni paregi mujhe. Aise hi usne mujhe company ka boss bhi bana diya aur khud mera PA ban gaya.

A beautiful smile crept on Nandini's lips.

Nandini made dinner for them and all had their dinner together after so long. MaNan understood Cabir's sadness so they involved him in their every talks so that he can be little happy.

After having dinner Aru and Ikshu slept with Cabir. While coming to the room Manik took Nandini in bridal style. Nandini was baffled at his stunt at first.

They went to their room and Manik put Nandini carefully on the bed. He sat beside her and kissed her forehead lovingly. Nandini closed her eyes to feel the moment.

Manik: I need you Nandini.

He said in a husky voice filled with mixed emotions. Shiver ran down her spine hearing him. She cupped his face and kissed his both eyes one by one.

Nandini: I'm all yours.

That was it. Manik fussed his lips on hers. After 5 years two lost souls met. That night each and every thing of the room witnessed the reunion of them.

Next day morning they had their breakfast together and were spending some quality time together whereas Aru was playing with his little sister in his room. A guard came in.

Guard: Sir two people came and they wants to meet you.

Manik: Okay. Send them inside.

The guard went out and after some time they came inside. Seeing them all were shocked.

Sorry for being late.to update. At first I thought to continue the story till 45-50 chapters. But due to my studies I am not getting much time. So my this story has came to an end. Next chapter will be the last one. And I'm not sure if I'll write any epilogue or not. Let's see🤞
