Chapter 15

Writer's POV.....

It was midnight. MaNan were sleeping peacefully cuddling each other. Nandini's sleep broke due to constant rings of her phone. She untangled herself from Manik's grip and took her phone from the side table. The call was from hospital.

Phone conversation.....

Nandini: Hello

..........

Nandini: What!! But how??

..........

Nandini: Okay. Yeah I'm coming.

She disconnected the call and looked towards Manik to see him already looking at her.

Manik: Kaun tha??

Nandini: Hospital se call tha. Nyonika became unconscious. They are treating her but there is something serious. So we need to go.

Manik: Nandini I think yeh bhi koi planning hain unki.

He said these words looking here and there. Nandini cupped his face and made him look at her.

Nandini: Kya tum yeh sab apne dil se keh rahe ho??

He didn't said anything only looked down.

Nandini: Manik mujhe pata hain ki it's not easy for you. But.....

Manik: Get ready. Main Aru ko dekhke ata hu.

Saying this he left. Nandini smiled seeing him then went to get ready.

Manik came to Aru's room and saw him sleeping peacefully cuddling his toy. He went near him and kissed his hairs.

Manik and Nandini both came outside of Mr. Malhotra's room. Both looked at each other then Manik knocked the door. After three knocks they heard his voice. Both waited for him. He came out wearing his specs.

Mr. Malhotra: Kya hua baccho?? Itni raat ko??

Nandini: Sorry dad we disturbed your sleep.

Mr. Malhotra: Are beta tum meri neend ki chinta karo. Kua hua hain?? Kuch pareshani hain kya??

Manik: Dad actually.....

He told him about Nyonika. He kept quiet but from inside he was also worried.

Nandini: Dad hum hospital ja rahe hain. Kya aap please Aru ka dhyan rakh sakte hain??

Mr. Malhotra: Ha main Aru ka dhyan rakh sakta hu. Par beta tumhara kya?? Itni raat ko tum....tumhe to apna khayal rakhna chahiye na ab!!

Nandini: Dad main thik hu. Aur apna khayal bhi rakhungi.

Manik: Ha dad don't worry.
