Chapter 13

Nandini's POV.....

I was checking some files of my patients in my cabin. I got a call from the receptionist stating that someone wants to meet me. As I was done with the patients I told the receptionist to send the person in my cabin.

After some time there was a knock on my cabin door. I looked at the person only to be shocked.

It's Nyonika. Seeing her I was shocked but seeing her state I was more shocked. She was wearing a torn saree full of mud. She has a bandage on her head. There are so many marks in her body. She was crying and was in a vulnerable state.

I stood up and went near her. She joined her hands in front of me and started crying even more.

Nyonika: Nandini please mujhe maaf kar do. Mujhe pata hain ki jo bhi maine kiya hain tumhare aur Manik ke saath uske liye mujhe kabhi maafi milni nahi chahiye. Par fir bhi main keh rahi hu. Maaf kar do mujhe.

I can't believe ki yeh wohi Nyonika hain who tried to kill us. Yes she had planned for an accident to kill us. But Manik ko pehle hi sab kuch pata chal gaya tha. She wanted all the Malhotra properties of her own. Main jab bhi sochti hu to goosebumps ane lagta hain. Are mujhe choro par koi maa apne bete ko kaise maar sakti hain?? Maarna to choro koi soch bhi kaise sakta hain??

One more thing. Which you can say a worst thing. That is this lady was having an affair with a guy of her son's age. I mean is she a human being??

But now!! What is all this?? What's this matter now??

Nyonika: Mujhe pata hain Nandini ki tum mujhe trust nahi kar pa rahi ho. But ek chance to har kisiko milna chahiye na. Maine jo kuch bhi kiya hain wo sab karne ke liye main majboor thi.

Nandini: Kaisi majboori?? Aap apne bete ko maarna chahte the. Aur ab aap keh rahe hain ki aap majboor thi??

Nyonika: Ha. Main majboor thi. Agar main wo sab nahi karti to wo Harshad aur uske log khud tum sab ko maar dete. Maine accident ki planning un logo ko dikhane ke liye kiya tha. Aur maine hi Manik tak yeh baat bheji thi take wo yeh accident rok sake.

Nandini: To fie itne saal kaha the aap??

Nyonika: Mujhe un logo ne bandi bana ke rakha tha. Roj maarte bhi the mujhe. Bohot torture karte the wo log. Main bhaag ai waha se.

She again started crying.

Okay now my head is spinning. I am not able to digest the fact which I heard just now. I need to call Manik.

Nandini: Aap yehi rukiye. Main abhi ati hu.

Saying this I took my phone and left the cabin. I need some fresh air. I went outside the hospital and called Manik.

Phone conversation.....

Manik: Hey sweetheart. Already missing me!!

Nandini: Manik shut up and listen to me carefully.

Manik: Nandini are you okay?? Kuch hua hain kya??
