He kisses her deeply, his heart beating faster and faster as April pale face came up to his. One hand around her waist and another brushing her elbow, April unable to pull away.

The kiss really took her by shook. She takes a second and gazes into Adrian's eyes, his beautiful brown eyes, his lips captivated by a smile.

"Ace... April." he is unable to breath, gulping down the saliva lodged in his mouth.

There's a spilt moment of silence before April moves in a little closer to his face her breaths gently brushing his skin and in split seconds crushing her lips back into his.

She does so not quite knowing what she was doing but it felt right, God it felt so right. She hasn't been this happy this the accident.

Then suddenly the door was aggressively slammed open...

"It's Lily, she's crashing, her heart stopped!" Lavender came in screaming.

Without asking any further questions, all three of them rushed to the ICU, that night was a complete blur to all of them, they could barely tell what was going on.

They could only hear medical terms being tossed around.

"Get me a crash cart stat!" a redheaded woman would yell out. "Charge to 250, clear! No change charge again!"

To those words Lavender had fallen 5ft under, her entire body dropping to it's knees on the cold surface, tears running through her face like a track runner her young heart could not take it anymore, she could not keep on watching her other half slip away.

April was down on the floor hugging Lavender tightly, this horrifying experience had brought them closer together, the scene was horrible and April couldn't help but cry while Adrian was glued to the glass watching out for any changes.

The last thing they heard was: " We have a rhythm, let's get her to an OR right away." Then the doctors rolled her out of her room.

Lavender Let out the biggest sigh and kept sobbing out of relief holding April even tighter. April felt a mountain of stress lifted off her shoulders as Adrian lifted April up then her lifting Lavender.

"Don't you guys think we should go wait in our room?" Adrian suggested.

"Yes, Lavender let's go, I'll make you a cup of coffee."

Lavender was so tired, her deep blue eyes deprived of sleep and comfort, she was at her ultimate breaking point.

Back in April and Adrian's room, no one was speaking to one another, Lavender was wrapped in a blanket laying on April's bed asleep and Adrian was reading per usual while April could not keep her eyes off of him, he seemed so invested.

April made her way to Adrian's bed and sat beside him, he immediately shut his book and put his arm around her.

"Ace are you okay?"

"Yeah I guess, I don't know her that well, but she seemed to have the sweetest soul, I just don't want her to die." a tear made its way down her cheek.

"I know this seems like the worst time to talk about what happened but-" she doesn't let him finish kissing his lips and then letting go.

"I think that answers your question." Her eyes light up.

Adrian unable to get a word out had his eyes wide open gazing into hers.

A nurse came in a while later.

"Your friend is doing well, she's going to make it, you kids have nothing to worry about." The nurse said then left the room.

Adrian rushed to take April into his arms and kiss her lips. Lavender's jaw dropped.

"It's like I missed an entire season what!" Lavender was mad in a happy way. "I hate to say I told you so, but I did tell you so."

She took both of them in her arms, they all laughed.

They decided to spend the night with Lily, and even sleep over since she had woken up. They told her every tiny complication that went wrong on her part and Lavender had to tell her about April and Adrian.

"I told you they were made for each other Lils" Lavender whispers in Lily's ear.

"When did you tell me that?"

"Oh right you were asleep my bad." Lavender replied so casually.

The next morning, Adrian left for a while and then came back to pull April aside. He took her to their room where he had layed out the most beautiful breakfast on both their bed, with a single yellow rose on April's tray.

"Do you like it?"

"I love it."

They had breakfast together, it was the most romantic gesture, April was in aw for Adrian, he was just so amazing to her and she loved it. She expected nothing more than what he had already done, but Adrian confirmed he had much bigger plans for later.

That afternoon a nurse dropped by to inform both of them that they had visitors.

April was so exited to see Lexie and Jayden again.

But it wasn't them...

It was Michael...

On the other hand, Adrian had no idea who would want to visit him.

He was not ready to open these doors and realize it was his father...
