"Loki?" Your weak voice called out. Your vision was still blurry but you could tell you weren't in SHIELD anymore.

"Hey, I'm right here love." Loki smiled softly as he squeezed your hand.

"Where are we?"

"We're in a safe house, my magic is hiding us so the hybrid's are unable to find us for now." Loki answered.

You moved your gaze from his green eyes, down to your leg. It was wrapped in bandages that were slowly bleeding through. You started panicking when you saw more bloody bandages in the wastebasket next to the bed.

"It's okay, you're okay, deep breaths love." Loki comforted you and rubbed soothing circles on your back as you calmed down, "Once you heal, we'll head back to the compound okay?"

"Oh my god! Are they okay?!" You worried that the hybrids might have done something to your family and you couldn't live with yourself if they got hurt because of you.

"Everyone's alright, I promise." Loki assured you as he kissed the top of your head softly.

You and Loki laid in the bed together as he held you against his chest while you slept. Loki however, was wide awake. He couldn't sleep when you were injured, he needed to watch over you, protect you. Loki snapped out of his thoughts when you moved slightly in your sleep.

"Baby, go to sleep." You mumbled as you moved closer into Loki's cold chest.

Loki smiled softly and kissed you gently before wrapping his arms around you, but he didn't sleep until he made sure you were completely safe.

Loki woke up to the sound of crashing and he was alert immediately. He panicked when he realized you weren't next to him.

"Y/N?!" He shouted.

"I'm ok—." You cut yourself off and emptied your stomach into the toilet.

Loki walked into the bathroom to find you sitting on the floor, leaning against the shower wall with a pale face.

"Darling?" Loki asked carefully.

"I'm okay really, I'm just a little s—." You emptied your stomach once again and sat back with a groan, "sick." You finished.

"How is your leg?" Loki asked as he sat beside you on the floor.

"It doesn't hurt." You answered honestly.

Loki carefully unwrapped the bandages around your leg and a look of confusion crossed his face.

"What?" You asked tiredly.

"It's healed." Loki replied quietly.

"What, that's impossible!" You exclaimed with shock and confusion as well.

Loki stared at your leg until his eyes widened and he looked up at you, "Y/n how long have you been sick?"

"I haven't been throwing until last night but I've been feeling shitty for a few weeks now..." You trailed off as you realized what this meant.

"Am I pregnant?" You whispered.

Loki put his hand against your stomach and he looked like he was having a heart attack. After a minute he pulled back and stared at you with wide eyes.

"What?" You asked impatiently.

"There...there's a heartbeat, it's faint but it...it's there." He looked like he had just seen a ghost.

"Loki, I can't be pregnant, there's literally a whole species out there trying to kill me or bring me to whatever the alpha is."
