"Lets go! I have an announcement. Boys and girls in the changing rooms now!" Finstock bellowed through the corridor as both genders scurried into the changing rooms. Rosie stood near the back as she distanced herself from Stiles after the way he acted so selfishly last night. Late, Isaac too stood at the back, beside Rosie.
"Hey." He quietly spoke down to the girl.
"Hey, are you okay? Did Derek give you that?" She pointed to the black bruising around his eye.
"Police are asking for help on a missing child advisory. It's a sick girl, roaming around, totally naked." Coach interrupted their quiet conversation as he silenced the group. "Now its supposed to get below 40 degrees tonight. I don't know about you, but the last time it was that cold, and I was running around naked, I lost a testicle to exposure. Now I don't want the same thing happening to an innocent girl."
"But coach, girls don't have testicles. Therefore, they cant lose them." Rosie spoke out amongst the group. Immediately she felt Stiles eyes burn into her skin as he found her in the crowd.
"Miss McCall, thank you for embarking us on this new information. Anyway, police are organizing search parties for tonight. Sign up, find the missing girl, you get an automatic A in my classes." He said as he stuck the sign up sheet on the wall as rowdy boys cheered at the ultimatum coach gave them.
Everyone began to filter out of the changing rooms and head out for their physical education but Rosie automatically stayed behind everyone else. And so did her brother and Stiles. He began to walk over to her as she put on a straight face.
"Hey how comes you didn't come with me and Scott this morning to school?"
"My mom drove me." Bluntly, she replied as she still did not look him in the eyes. The door opened and revealed Isaac.
"Rosie, you coming?" Isaac asked with his head peaked through the door. Although the two had only properly met after years of being at school together, she nodded at him and smiled lightly.
"Since when are you speaking with Lahey?" Malevolently Stiles questioned as he looked between the tow, obviously jealous.
"It doesn't matter." She fake smiled to him as she then turned around and walked out the door with Isaac, heading towards track.
"Whats wrong with Stilinski?"
"Nothing but you saved me there, thanks. What did Derek want last night?" Rosie said as she changed the subject from the grey area of Stiles Stilinski.
"Looked like you needed help so...and um he was just asking some things about um grave digging and Kate Argent."
"Oh okay." She replied although there was more to Derek's interrogation of Isaac last night, although she wasn't there to hear it. Derek was not the type of person to not do anything maliciously.

The slamming of papers being thrown on the desk woke Rosie and any other teenager out of their daze. She was in chemistry and was made to sit beside Stiles as Harris thought today would be a good day to actually put her in her normal seat. Oh was he wrong. They both sat awkwardly as neither of them spoke until the silence became too much for Stiles to handle.
"Look if you're worked up about Lydia just know we are gonna find her."
"Stiles just drop it." She hissed back, not turning her body to face him and instead staring down at her paper. From in front of her Scott turned around and began to look concerned at his sisters behavior but was soon turned around by Harris' voice.
"This is a pop quiz Mr Stilinski and Miss McCall. If I hear your voices again, I may be tempted to give you both detention for the rest of your high school career."
"Can you do that?" Stiles asked as Rosie stayed silent, sat in embarrassment as her whole class was looking at her and Stiles.
"Well, there they it is again. Your voice. Triggering the only impulse I've ever had to strike a student repeatedly and violently." Rosie sniggered at this and made the attention go back to her. "Want to join him Miss McCall? Ill see you two at three for your detentions."
Defeated Rosie let her jaw drop as she was shocked at what Stiles had got her into. She gave him the side eye as she slammed her paper on the desk whilst turning the page. From under his table Scott had snuck his phone out and messaged his sister, making her phone vibrate in her back pocket. It said 'Whats wrong?'.
Typing back, she replied with 'Nothing, just one of them days'. Although Scott knew she was lying and knew it had something to do with Stiles but like the good brother he is, he dropped the subject for a later conversation.

The dreaded 3pm came around and Rosie lolled into the chemistry room where Stiles was sat in his usual seat, with Harris not there yet. Stressed, she walked in and sat in her brothers usual seat in front of Stiles.
"I know you're stressed about finding Lydia and the full moon." No response as he leant further over the table. "Rosie, please talk to me."
In her seat, Rosie did not budge. It took everything out of her not to turn around and talk to Stiles but she had to do this for herself. Everything had got too much for her and she needed to distance herself from everything. Even if it meant not talking to Stiles.
"Look I'm going out looking for Lydia after we meet up with Scott-"
"Im not going."
"What? Have you got something else going on?" At the sudden sound of her voice he began to act jumpy but was calmed down when she did not reply again. "Lahey, huh?"
"You know what Stiles?" She turned around and stood up, making him lean back on his chair, away from her. "You need to stop assuming everything about me, okay? You need to stop assuming you know everything that's going on when you don't okay? And you need to stop treating me as if im a basket case."
"Rosie lets calm down-" He grabbed her wrist and although she tried to wriggle from his grip, he would not lose his hold on her.
"What are you doing? Get off of me."
"You two. Sit." Harris commanded as he entered the room. Stiles then let go of Rosie and let her free. As Harris commanded they hand their phones in, Stiles sat confused as to what he had just discovered. "Mr Stilinski, your phone? Right thanks, I will be right back. Just giving these a home for the next... hours."
Once he left the room Rosie swiftly turned around, more angrier than she was before. "What the hell was that?"
"You didn't shift." He said with a small smile etched across his face.
"What do you mean?"
"Your pulse, it went up but you didn't shift. You're not like Scott." Stiles clapped his hands together and laughed nervously.
"Im not a werewolf."
