The bleachers were uncomfortable for Rosie to sit on but she continued to sit on them so she is able to watch her brother and best friend play Lacrosse, although only one of them was first line.

She watched her brother get beaten down by Jackson and knew that this was making him angry, risking him turning. To top it, coach started mimicking and belittling him also not helping his anger. Even after this Scott went back to the front of the line and tried again this time ramming straight into Jackson, resulting in him writhing around in pain and Scott bending over.

Immediately Rosie got out of her seat and headed towards her brother and Stiles also headed towards Scott, with worry evident on both of their faces.

"Scott?"

"I cant control it Stiles its happening!" Scott panted as fangs were growing within his mouth.

"Right here? Now?" Stiles then looked up to Rosie for her to give him a suggestion yet she just stood there in silence watching her brother with worry. "Alright come on. Get up. Come on."

Across the field, Stiles dragged Scott into the changing rooms to shield him from potentially being seen as a werewolf and stopping his increasing blood lust. Although she knew it was the boys changing rooms she followed the two in as she tried to come up with a way to help. As they got inside the changing rooms Stiles and Rosie tried to calm Scott down.

"Get away from me!" He growled making Stiles topple to the floor with Rosie still standing. The werewolf took one look at the girl stood in front of him and charged for her, just like he never knew her. She ran behind the lockers trying to hide but the Werewolf continued his hunt

.

"Hey over here!" Stilinski tried calling over to Scott to get him away from Rosie but he didn't stop, instead he got on top of the locker which she was hiding behind. Continuingly growling as he hunted for his prey, his prey being his own twin sister who was now near to tears from the amount of fright she was facing.

White powder clashed with the werewolves face as Stiles had used the fire extinguisher to stop him from hurting his sister with his claws or fangs. As Scott began writhing around, Stiles grabbed Rosies wrist and dragged her outside the changing rooms.

"Stiles, what happened?" The voice of Scott McCall croaked from inside the changing rooms.

"You tried to kill your sister." Stiles walked back in to the room with Rosie still standing outside. "Its like I told you before it's the anger, its your pulse rising. It's a trigger."

"But that's Lacrosse. It's a pretty violent game if you haven't noticed."

"Uh its gonna be a lot more violent if you end up killing someone on the field." Deep breath. "You cant play Saturday, you have to get out of the game."

"Im first line." He tried to reason with Stiles' decision.

"Not anymore."

Scott huffed and looked to the ground thinking of the repercussions Derek was speaking about because of the bite. He had lashed out and almost killed his sister.

"Rosie, You can come in now." Silence, so he got up and began walking towards the door. "Look that wasn't me, I know I said I wouldn't let anyone hurt you but- Stiles where's Rosie."

*

Where are you?

Im sorry.

It wont happen again.

Im learning to control it.

Those were the messages Rosie had received from Scott ever since she left Scott and Stiles in the changing rooms and went home early. She wasn't mad at her brother, yeah he almost killed her but she was mad at herself for letting it happen.

When her and Stiles were supposed to be researching about werewolves she fell asleep which makes her wonder if she hadn't done so she would have been able to prevent it. Stiles was the one with the plans and information and all she could add to the trios situation was her interaction with Derek, which now has no importance.

In the previous 2 hours since she left school she had scrolled and scrolled through websites which gave information about werewolves and their cycles. While reading about wolfsbane there was a knock at her door so she got up and opened the door to a smiley Stiles.

"Hey."

"Hello Stiles." She said as she let him in and shut the door behind him realizing he was alone. "Wheres Scott?"

"Work but that's not why im here." He sat himself on the edge of her bed and spoke gently with seriousness.

"Then why are you here?"

"Hes not going to be like that forever. We are going to help him with the research and he wont try to hurt you ever again. Okay?"

"Yeah I know." This answer shocked Stiles as he had assumed she left because she was scared or worried that Scott will be like this forever so he wore a confused facial expression as she sat beside him on the bed with her legs crossed. "What?"

"Earlier you left. If its not because of Scott trying to kill you or you being scared then why?"

"Because I did nothing." As she spoke she put her head in her hands out of frustration. "You had the idea to move him to the changing rooms and then to use the extinguisher. And what did I do? I ran away from my brother without actually helping him. The only thing im scared of is if that happens again id do nothing and you're not there to stop him and he hurts me or someone, Stiles. I just felt useless."

"Do you think I researched it and found that werewolves don't like fire extinguishers because I didn't. It was just a quick reaction. " He took her hands from her face and held them. "If we didn't have you, who would be the one to call the big bad wolf 'hot or who else would Scott chase around the boys changing rooms. Rosie youre not useless. Look come here, think someone needs a Stiles hug."

She opened her arms and wrapped them around his neck as he placed his hand at the small of her back. He felt her chuckle into his ear and embraced the feeling of having her so close to him. When they broke apart Rosie gave him a smile before he left her bedroom to go home with a smile from ear to ear because he had cheered up the girl he would sacrifice his own happiness for.
