"Did you see it too?" Scott turned to face Rosie, asking her as she immediately shook her head.

"No, well not tonight. I saw it outside the station the night we freed Isaac from the cell."

"And the night you were injected with wolfsbane." Stiles added the important detail which was the reason Rosie had withheld this information.

"Yeah and that. So I just thought it was something I was seeing and that it wasn't actually there." She agreed with Stiles, smiling at him and then turning to look at Scott. "So we've all seen it."

"I guess so." Her twin nodded and started to drive the car away from the mechanics which was now a crime scene with a dead body inside. A body which Rosie last saw as breathing.

The drive to Stiles' house was consumed by silence as each teenager looked longingly at the raindrops which vacated on the window as if they were carrying the answers to their questions. There was occasionally conversation between Stiles and Scott but it was only small talk, well whatever you call small talk after you have witnessed a murder involving the supernatural. In the back Stiles kept on clenching his hands into a fist, trying to regain all the feeling in his fuzzy feeling hands.

Once outside Stiles' house he shuffled out of the car and walked up to his house in the rain but stopped when he had walked a couple yards. He turned back around and knocked on Rosies window, referring to her to open it, which she did.

"Did you forget something?"

"Um..." For a moment he thought about what he wanted to say and left Rosie waiting for a reply. As he was just about to say something his mouth stopped him when it closed itself. "Nothing. Bye."

Then he tapped the door and walked off, hair a dark brown from the wetness of the rain. His red zip up was now a dark crimson as he entered the home which he knew would be empty. When he was finally inside he heard the tires screech as it drove off to Scotts home and he let his back lean against the door as he huffed in frustration.

He kicked his shoes off before running into his room and jumping on the bed. For a few moments he let his mind indulge in the thoughts which he had pushed away for ages and stared into space while he did so. Stiles thought of how he was so sure that he was going to be attacked by that thing tonight and that the thought of it brought the truth out.

His mind was then able to shut off as his eyes closed and he drifted off to sleep. Dreaming of all things supernatural and what he had witnessed over the past few months.

On the other side of town, Rosie and Scott were evacuating their mothers car and entering their home, which was pitch black. Scott unlocked the door and let Rosie in first, and before he entered he looked outside checking the perimeter.

"What do you think it is?" Rosie asked as she peeled the shoes off her feet, exhausted after another day of enduring confusion.

"I don't know." He slammed the door. "But we will find out."

"Is that like how we were gonna find out what I am? Yeah, I don't see any progress in that research, Scott." Her lips were pursed forward as she became stern and cross from the lack of help in her department. "That probably sounds selfish but remember the research me and Stiles did for you?"

"Hey, it's a bit hectic at the minute okay? Theres people dying. You saw what happened tonight. This is our top priority."

"But what if I could help them? What if we actually did what you two agreed to do? Speak to your boss." She allowed her head to rock back as she cracked her neck aggressively. "Even then, what about before? When I thought I was dying in that hospital bed, then I miraculously heeled. Was I still not a top priority then?"

"Of course you were. I was shit scared that you could have died. You should know that. Your my sister, my twin sister. My other half." Scott maneuvered himself to stand in front of Rosie with his arms heightened, indicating an embrace was welcome from him. Her chin trembled as she wrapped her arms around him.

"Im just stressed Scott." Tears stained the shirt which Scott was wearing but he couldn't care less as long as his sister felt better in his arms. He pressed her head into his chest as he stroked her hair.

"I know. Why don't you go to sleep? You've had a hard day and need some rest." Scott kept his arm around her as he led her to her room where he tucked her in, in the clothes she had worn that day. Before leaving the room he looked at his sister and his eyes glazed over. He felt that Rosie shouldn't have to go through this.

As soon as he got inside his room he closed the door so that Rosie couldn't hear and he phoned Stiles, who answered after the third beep. The call had interrupted his sleep but he never failed to answer his best friend.

"Im worried about Rosie." Getting straight to the point, Scott spoke before Stiles could even say hello or whats up.

"What do you mean?" Stiles replied with a husky voice as he was just woken up by Scotts sudden phone call.

"I know we are all stressed but Rosies just flipped out. I think it's the not knowing of why she healed in the hospital and why she keeps healing. It hurts me to see." Whispering the last bit, Scott kept checking his hearing to see if Rosie had heard him and got up.

"Scott, we will help her."

"Stiles, we didn't even know that her memory was getting taken by Peter, how do you think we will find out how to help her or what she is." He snapped but then realized the way he had spoken to his best friend who was only trying to help. "Sorry, I just- I just want to help her more than anything."

"I know and so do I." Through the phone, Stiles sounded rather distant and Scott didn't know whether it was to do with the fact that he had just been woken up or something else.

"Dude, whats wrong?"

"I uh- I'm worried about her too. I was just thinking something earlier and uh- actually it doesn't matter. It was a stupid thought anyway." He brushed it off as if it was nothing and denied it as a valid thought in his mind.

"No tell me. If its about Rosie... just tell me."

"Fine. But you're not gonna like it." The line went silent. "Before the thing came, Rosie left me alone in the garage. She never said that she heard any screams but anyone near by could have heard. Im surprised you couldn't hear it. They were shattering and so loud but yet she couldn't hear them. She was only in the bathrooms and you must have seen how close they were."

"Maybe they have sound proof walls because of the loud roaring of the machines." Scott excused his sister and tried to reason for her when she wasn't here to do it herself.

"That's the thing, I thought about that and other reasons why she couldn't hear it but then I put all the things into perspective. How it looked at me like it knew me, how it turned up when Rosie wasn't there, and Scott answer me this. When did this all start happening?" Stiles explained and poured his thoughts out through the phone and into Scotts ear, giving him an insight into his mind.

"After Peter died." He answered simply but was still rather confused as to where Stiles was going with this logic.

"But during that time, what else happened?"

Heavy breathing was heard on Scotts end of the phone as he already answered the question in his head and dropped the phone on the bed, leaving Stiles calling for him. He calmed himself and picked up the phone again.

"Its her isn't it?"
