~Patient #20 (Day 3)~

I wanted to call in sick today because of the horror I experienced yesterday but the thought of me actually getting a brink of reaction from that woman...Patient #20 encouraged me enough to come back and press to dig deeper.

The first thing I get coming in was a report about her killing two other patients in cold blood meanwhile at lunch time for them. They even told me that she's still in the lunchroom at the same exact spot of her doing because of guards staying away from her for their safety.

Our session was close to being started and this incident disrupt it all. And since none of the guards are supposed to touch her or anything until she willingly submit I had to take the courage to make my way over to the lunchroom. Guards tried to stop me but I insisted to go to her.

I entered inside the lunchroom seeing a terrifying sight of the two bodies missing their limbs...and organs. My stomach starts to turn and the feeling to puke came onto me as I cover my mouth in disgust. I try to look away but my eyes glances over at Patient #20 as her eyes begins glancing over at me.

My sight was so focused on the glowing beam red coming from her eyes as it gets from brighter and brighter to a sight of somehow the floor.

The floor was somehow not bloody nor any bodies was there. I look closely to see a decayed head being held so compassionate in my arms. I try to move but I couldn't, it was only my vision and senses were functional.

I see that I'm in the same lunchroom but in a line with other patients waiting for I'm guessing lunch. What is going on?

"Hey redhead!" My vision goes over to two patients as they both surround me. Am I..Patient #20..Maria?
"We're starving and we can't wait in the line longer!! So we're taking that fucking head!!" They yelled as one of them yanked me by the hair while the other pulling the head from my arms and pushing her away. Suddenly the vision changed into red as I felt nothing but rage all over me as I elbow the one holding my hair hard in the gut and lunge at the other yanking the head away from him and ripping his shirt open and then through his skin to his organs. There was a lot of screaming including mine in rage as I keep ripping out his organs.

I turn looking over at the other one as he's crawling over for the head so I pin him down with force as I began ripping his limbs right off. The man screamed in pain and immediately I came back to my senses seeing Maria in front of me looking at me still.

"Wha...What happe....Did you...do that...?" I was never so puzzled and shocked in my life.

Multiple guards came helping me up and escorting Maria back in her ward room cautiously.

I can see the suspicions...she's not human...she...can't be...
