ADRIANNA LEE's POV

I walked into Pledis Entertainment, after Mr. Han asked to meet with me to which I was now headed up the building, as he suggested I come straight to the conference room I was in last time.
I knocked on the door hearing a 'come-in' before I opened the door to be met with him, who smiled to greet me while I sat at the chair he gestured, noticing that SEVENTEEN was here too, this time they're sitting right at the front of the table.
The seat I was offered, was beside Dino who flashed me a smile to which I smiled back and they all looked excited which made me confused before I turned to Mr. Han who cleared his throat.
"Ms. Lee. What do you think about a staycation?"
He suddenly asked which had me blinking confused as I did not understand the meaning to his question. Nonetheless I tried to give him the most simplest answer.
"It's fun?"
That made him bursted out laughing while I just raised my eyebrows at him before looking at the SEVENTEEN members for help but they gave off nothing except continued smiling.
"The music video director and SEVENTEEN's managers were very thrilled and thankful for the help that you gave them, from being part of the shoot to helping out in renting the villa to use as their set."
Mr. Han furthered explained while I just smiled before shaking my head at it, telling him that it wasn't a big deal.
"They also told me that the footages were brilliant and that it was the best that he has ever taken, gloating to me that the final product would be outstanding."
He continued while I just shyly smiled at the words he used to describe the shooting.
"Which is why, as gratitude towards you and for SEVENTEEN, I decided to let you guys have a staycation at Daebudo Island."
I blinked at what he said, processing clearly before I was shocked while staring at the members to see if it's true and their faces showed me that it was and they were excited.
"I...... you didn't have to Mr. Han."
I said guiltily to which he shook his head at me and assured me that it has been decided.
"They're all mature adults, and they've been in the industry for 10 years, prospering my company and being role models. I don't have anything to worry for them anymore, I've permitted them to date and have fun and have connections with female idols too. They're the ones that are just cautious."
He further commented while shifting his gaze towards the members who just sheepishly smiled back at him.
"Anything that happens between you and them isn't any of my business. I'm just being a good CEO by paying back what they've given me."
I just nodded mutely, knowing that there is no way out of this now and just smiled unsurely when he looked at me for approval.
"Great then! The staycation is at Landmark Won, I'm not sure if you remember but they went on a TTT in 2020 there."
He recalled and I let out an 'ahh' in recognition as I remembered that episode really well.
"Where like 80% of the episode was of them drinking. Yes I remember."
I added before nodding while the members were flustered as they looked away when the CEO stared at them with a curious look, but decided to let it go.
"So, when would you be free so that I can rent out the whole place."
He asked, making me take out my phone and check my schedule before replying that coming weekend, I have nothing planned.
"Perfect! I'll rent it for two nights. You guys deserved it. I'll also clear your schedules on the Monday after so that you don't have work after coming back from the staycation, since you're driving yourself."
Mr. Han informed the SEVENTEEN members which made them holler and stand up while thanking their CEO as I laughed at how their CEO just pursed his lips at how his artists are delighted at the sound of not working.
"I'll provide you with the cars so just drop by the entertainment on Saturday morning and take the car before heading to pick Ms. Lee up. Should I also give you a credit card for groceries?"
He finally asked and before the guys could nod, I butt in and responded.
"I'll take care of that Mr. Han, no worries."
Mr. Han hesitated for while but I persuaded him to which he gave up and I smiled before he bid goodbye telling me to enjoy it and left the conference room.
"Wow Adri!! We're going on a staycation together!"
DK cheered before hugging me tightly from the side while I smiled and patted his arm as he let go and continued being excited.
"Why did you refuse CEO's offer to pay for the groceries Adri? We tend to buy a lot of it."
S.coups said worriedly to which I shook my head that it isn't a problem.
"I know how much you guys go crazy with the groceries, but it's okay. No worries."
I assured while they just let it go as they could not convince me out of it as we walked out the room together and bid goodbye, telling me that they'll see me in 4 days as I left the elevator on the ground floor while they'll be heading to the basement for practice.
"That sounds like fun! Why are you worried Adrianna?"
Chanel encouraged me while I just sighed, hugging my knees to my chest on the sofa, couldn't help but be worried about whether we'd be caught and their reputations would be ruined because of me.
"Now stop those wild thoughts in your head. What did I tell you? I told you to live your life and be selfish."
She reminded once again and I let out a breath, nodding in agreement to what she said as I grabbed my cup of hot chocolate, taking a sip of its creamy sweetness.
"Anything happened between you and Jeonghan today?"
She asked when she placed her cup of tea down and I sighed before shaking my head as I recalled all those endearments and kisses he had given me before, when we were left alone in the same room.
All of them were sudden and he never explained what they actually meant nor tell me his feelings.
I then lifted my hand to caress the necklace he had given me for my birthday while Chanel had her lips pursed, deep in thought.
She knows about everything as she is my emotional pillar and she is the only one I can tell these to.
"Do you ever wonder, if your dreams are not just one sided?"
She asked suddenly making me stare at her serious face while I contemplated it before shaking my head thinking that it was ridiculous.
"I doubt it Chanel. Plus why would he dream of me? He has never met me before, whereas I had liked him since my teenage years. That explains how I would dream of him but I don't think he'd dream of me."
I countered to which she pouted and nodded her head at the logic before letting the subject go while I sighed and closed my eyes, wondering why he pays so much attention towards me.
I then turned my head to the side where Chanel wasn't sitting at, before opening my eyes back again, thinking about one question.
Does he even know that he's messing with my heart when he treats me like that?
