I was biting my lip while walking up the Namsam Tower, clutching my handbag tightly and trying to labor my breathing so that I wouldn't pass out from anxiety.

It was 8:45AM right now and Jeonghan asked to meet at 9AM, with me being nervous and as I couldn't sleep a wink last night, I decided to get ready and just head out to have breakfast then head here.

It was 8:55AM by the time I reached the top and sat on the bench, as not many people were here this early in the morning on a Tuesday. I breathed in the fresh air and stared at the many love locks before smiling.

Chanel:
Tell me what happens! I'm excited for you!

I smiled at her text before answering I will and locked my phone while leaning against the bench and closing my eyes, relishing in the fresh cool wind that was blowing past me.

After a few minutes, I looked towards the way I came from and frowned when I didn't see him anywhere and checked my watch to see it was 10 minutes past 9AM.

"Did he forget or is he late?"

I mumbled to myself before thinking to wait a bit more before texting him, since I didn't want to look like an impatient person.

I started pursing my bottom lip out when I saw it was already 9:30AM and yet he was nowhere in sight, so I decided to text him.

But before I could type in a message, Chanel's message dinged through first and I opened it to see she has send me a link.

Chanel:
Adrianna.....
*sends a link*

I furrowed my eyebrows before clinking on the link and immediately, I felt my heart physically break into pieces at what I was reading.

[Breaking]
A new couple has arise for 2025 and this one is the hottest one yet. Dispatch has revealed that SEVENTEEN's Angel, Yoon Jeonghan is dating a former MOMOLAND member, Lee Dabin also known as Yeonwoo. A clip of them locking lips in front of Pledis Entertainment was caught last night at 9PM. We have received news from MLD Entertainment, confirming their relationship. We're still waiting for Pledis Entertainment's announcement.

My eyes were brimming with tears, while my hands shakily played the video attachment that they included as proof and when I saw it, I cupped my mouth before closing my eyes, seeing his lips connected with hers.

I thought my morning chest aches were bad, but what I'm feeling right now is much worse. I shut my phone and rubbed my chest, easing the pain, still cupping my mouth from screaming in agony.

Yoon Jeonghan..... why?

I felt my phone vibrating with a call and saw Chanel's name lit up on my screen making me sniffle before shakily answering it.

"Adrianna.... where are you?"

I sniffled a few times before choking out 'Namsam Tower', feeling even more devastated as I was only here because he had asked me to. However, he didn't make it and instead, I received this news.

Was this what he wanted to tell me?

I wiped my face as I grudgingly thought he could have just said it back at Daebudo and didn't have to call me all the way here.

I was right.

He wouldn't feel anything for me. He doesn't even know me, and plus he's surrounded by a lot of beautiful female idols. Why would he have feelings for me?
