Feel it Still

"What?! Who is she?" Clay watched as Tommy, Toby, and Ranboo carried Marie into Clay and George's hotel room. 

"What is going on?" George emerged from the bathroom, toothbrush in mouth.

"She's fainted." Tommy put a pillow behind her head.

"We were at the beach and she just...collapsed." Ranboo said.

"Is she hydrated?" Clay pressed the back of his hand against Marie's forehead. "Holy shit she's boiling up." 

"I'll get some water." Toby quickly left the room.

Ranboo sat down and watched as Clay put a damp towel on Marie's forehead. 

"So who exactly is this girl?" George asked, his voice muffled by toothpaste.

"Marie. She's my friend." Tommy said, keeping an eye on her.

"Oh, okay. How did you guys meet?" George continued questioning.

"She...watches MCYT. But she's really nice." Tommy looked at Clay, hoping he wouldn't get mad.

"Hm. It looks like she just has a small fever, but it'll go away soon. It may be caused by stress or anxiety. It's a good thing she's breathing." Clay analyzed Marie more, ignoring Tommy's comment. 

"I'm back! Here's some water." Toby walked into the room and handed Tommy a bottle of water.

Tommy opened the bottle and tilted Marie's head up. He held the water up to her mouth and poured a little in slowly. Tommy laid her head back onto the pillow.

Marie closed her mouth and opened it again. Her eyes squeezed then opened slowly.

"Where...what happened..." She rubbed her head.

"Marie!" Tommy smiled. "Ehem, I mean, you're awake." 

"Marie! Oh thank goodness you're awake. Are you feeling alright?" Toby knelt down beside her.

"Mm. I'm good, I think." Marie looked at Toby, then at Tommy, then at Ranboo. "You're..." Marie pointed at Ranboo. "You're Ranboo, right?"  

Ranboo did a tiny wave. "The one and only." 

Marie sighed and laid her head back down. "Three famous Minecraft Youtubers in less than a week. Wow." 

"Did we overwhelm you? I'm terribly sorry maybe I shouldn't have introduced you to Tommy." Toby worried.

"No no it's just a lot to process. I mean, I meet Tubbo at my local roller skating rink, then become actual friends with him, then he introduces me to Tommy, than a few hours after I meet Ranboo, who is one of my favorite streamers." 

Ranboo smiled. "Thanks." 

Marie lifted her head up and looked at Ranboo. "No problem, memory boy." Marie laid her head down again. "I think I may have been too stressed, though. I have been stressed a lot recently, not including meeting you guys." 

"I guess it would make it worse if you met me, but you can't avoid me, since I'm in the same room." George appeared next to her. 

Marie looked up at George and sighed again. "Let me guess, I'm not dreaming and Georgenotfound is standing right next to me." 

Tommy chuckled. "You would be correct."

"Speaking of dreaming, I suppose you wouldn't mind meeting Dream?" Clay smiled as Marie froze.

"I am NOT looking to see. Who. Just. Spoke." Marie covered her eyes with her hand.

"It's okay, I trust you, friend of Tommyinnit." Clay took Marie's hand off her eyes. 

Marie slowly turned her head to face Clay. Clay smiled as Marie stared straight at him. "This feels...SO illegal." 

Clay chuckled. 

"Um...Hi, Dream." Marie sat up and looked at everyone. "This is...absolutely crazy."

"We're happy to have you here for now, I can always rent out another hotel room." Clay suggested. 

Marie nodded. Tommy took Marie's hand. "Let's get some fresh air." He said.

What a CHAPTER. Phew. I had fun writing this one, especially Marie's reactions to meeting the new people. Hehe :) Anyways, THANK YOU for 500 reads! I can't believe I am entertaining 500 muffins. More chapters to come ;) - Dove <3
