"Clay? George? Ranboo?" Marie asked as she walked into Clay's and George's hotel room. It had basically become a hangout room for the whole group by then. 

"I don't care Nick! I am not playing Uno with you. You would completely annihilate me." Karl sighed and sat down.

Nick sat down next to him. "Please Karl? I promise I'll go easy on you." He pouted. 

Karl smiled. "Fine, but don't go easy on me. I'm not a baby." 

Nick got up and grabbed the cards. 

Marie sighed. "Why. WHY. Seven famous youtubers in less than a week." Marie rubbed her forehead and looked back up at Nick and Karl looking at her. 

"Who...are you?" Karl asked.

"Marie. Marie Leilani. I um...I'm a friend of Toby and Tommy." Marie smiled.

"Nice to meet you, Marie." Nick walked over and shook her hand. 

Marie tried to hide her happiness. "Thanks, uh...Sapnap?" 

"Call me Nick. Anyone who is friend's with my friends are...my...friends?" Nick chuckled as he confused himself.

Marie giggled. "I got it, thanks. You're one of my favorite streamers." 

Nick bowed. "My pleasure." 

Karl walked over. "Hey hey hey enough attention for you, let me meet her." 

Marie looked at Karl. "Oh my god I can't believe I'm meeting yet another streamer." 

Karl giggled. "Nice to meet you, Marie. I'm assuming you already met Dream?" 

Marie nodded. "Do you know where him and George are?"

"Right here, sorry we had to get something." Clay walked in holding two garment bags. 

"What are...those?" Marie asked.

Clay placed them down onto his bed. "Suits." 

"Um...for what?" Marie asked.

"WE'RE GOING TO A BALL MY BOYS!" Floris strode into the room waving a suit on a hanger in the air. 

Marie stared in shock. "Uh- um...Hi Fundy? You're...you're here too?" 

Floris stopped flapping his suit around and turned to Marie. "Oh, hi? I'm Floris, nice to meet you." He turned to Dream with a confused look on his face. 

Clay did a small wheeze. "Oh god I'm sorry Marie. This must be overwhelming for you. Floris, this is Marie, she's a friend of Toby and Tommy. We invited her to stay with us."

Floris nodded. Nick and Karl also nodded, reassuring Floris. 

Clay turned to Marie. "Hey, if you're ever uncomfortable, you can always leave if you want to." 

Marie shook her head. "No, no, not at all." She giggled. "This is just so...cool."

Clay smiled. "I'm glad you're happy then. Just a heads up so that you won't be surprised when you meet any other people, Nick, George, Karl, Wilbur, Ranboo, Tommy,  and Toby are all here."

Marie nodded. "So I just haven't met Wilbur." 

"Pretty much." George spoke up from sitting on the bed.

"Hey boys, I was thinking about asking Marie to dan-" Tommy stopped talking as he saw Marie in the room. 

"Hi, Marie." Tommy smiled.

"Hi Tommy." Marie smiled back. 

Clay smirked. "What was that you were saying Tommy?" 

A light blush dusted over Tommy's face. "Um, nothing. Just asking Marie if she wanted to go the ball with us." 

"What are you guys even talking about? There are no dance balls or banquets in Laguna." Marie stated.

"Not that you know of." Toby walked into the already packed room. Marie raised one eyebrow.

"I was the one to suggest the idea. I did some research and turns out there's a summer evening ball at a local church!" Toby said excitedly. 

"So, do you mean like...a literal ball? With gowns and chocolate fondue?" Marie asked.

"Exactly. It'll be magical." Toby smiled.

Marie got excited at the fact that she was going to a ball. She thought for a moment. "Wait a second, how are you guys affording this?" 

Tommy proudly smiled. "We may or may not have mentioned that all of us have millions of followers." 

"Tommy! That's not fair to other people!" Marie frowned.

"Woah woah woah are you complaining about going to a ball? We're going to a FREAKING BALL!" Nick exclaimed. 

Everybody in the room agreed with Nick. Marie sighed and gave in. She smiled. "Okay...I guess it would be fun to go to a ball with my favorite people." 

"YES!" Tommy cheered. 

"LET'S GO! C'MON I'LL TAKE YOU SHOPPING!" Toby smiled and grabbed Marie's hand. 

"Wait what?! Toby slow downnn!" Marie confusedly followed Toby.

Karl giggled. "This is gonna be so fun."

GUYS. GUYS. I'M LITERALLY CRYING-

We went from 711 views to 772 views in less then an hour. I'M SO HAPPY AHHH!

Once again, thank you so much my beautiful rays of sunshine. I had tons of fun writing this chapter. They're going to a ball O_O (inspired by a conversation me and my sister had haha)
