( Part 1: Unraveling Mysteries )

It took me a while to get accustomed to Mr. Joestar and Avdol's presence. While, as I was passing by the room they occupied, I couldn't resist the urge to eavesdrop on their conversation.

-

"Mister Joestar, you saw that as well, right?" one of them said. I found myself walking closer to the door, perching on the edge of the bamboo walkway, intrigued by their words. "Saw what?" I wondered silently.

"You mean from the girl? Celest?" the other voice replied. I paused, my curiosity piqued. "Me? What about me?" I silently questioned.

"You don't think what we saw was a Stand with her, right?" The term "Stand" confused me; I had no idea what it meant.

"Who knows? She might be a Stand user," the first voice continued. I was even more puzzled now. What in the world were they discussing?

"Do you think we should ask her, Mr. Joestar?" I started to move closer to the door, wanting to hear more clearly.

"No, let's wait and see. If she truly is a Stand user, there will be a time and place for her to reveal her true self."

-

I decided to step away from the door, my mind racing with questions. "Stand user? What's that all about?"

I walked into Jotaro's room, feeling a bit uneasy. I looked around for a moment before plopping down on his futon. Taking a deep breath, I reached out and grabbed his pillow, burying my face in it.

"What the hell are you doing, dumbass?" Jotaro's voice suddenly snapped me out of my thoughts.

I lifted my head, looking over my shoulder at him. "I should ask you the same! Missing school for like four days?!"

He approached me, and I couldn't help but glare at him. I puffed out my cheeks, slouching a bit as I waited for an explanation.

"...I was out..." Jotaro muttered, drawing closer. He suddenly pinched my cheeks, and I winced in pain.

"Ow, ow, ow! Jotaro!!!" "Don't make that stupid face, Celest." I managed to pry his hands off my cheeks, leaving my face red.

"Bully," I grumbled, sitting there and rubbing my cheeks.

"You'll get over it," he said, turning away to search for something. I took the opportunity to get up and head toward the door.

"Hey, I'm heading home," I said, stopping at the door. "Will I expect to see you tomorrow, assuming you don't flake on me in the morning?"

Jotaro turned back to me and replied, "...Yeah."

With that, I walked out, closing the door behind me. I stood in the living room for a moment, grabbing my bag and turning to Holly.

"I'll be heading out, Mama Holly. See you tomorrow!" She waved goodbye to me as I walked out of the house, and I could feel Bell reappear.

"Ara-ara," Bell said, hovering about me.

"What happened back there, Bell?" I asked, feeling a bit confused about her behavior.

"Ara, arra," Bell replied, and I shook my head. Whatever was bothering her, she wasn't ready to share it with me just yet.

...

I continued on my way, holding tightly to my bag as I walked down the street. There was still a lot I didn't know about Bell, especially her abilities and how much power she really had. But something that bothered me was when she disappeared right as I came face-to-face with Mr. Joestar and Mr. Avdol.
