Knock Knock
I knew it was Jungkook. I got up from the couch and walked towards the door to open it. He stood quite casually outside.
I gave him space as he walked in. Torn denim and a loose white tshirt and carrying a side bag filled with art supplies.
I closed the door and Jungkook sat on the couch. I took out my supplies and placed them in front of him and he started to check the markings of the pencils.
"Professor told me you are a beginner" he said and I nodded, "Do you know how to use these?" He picked up one pencil and put it front of me.
"No" I mumbled and he sighed.
"What can you draw?" He asked and I took out my art book.
"I can draw anime characters" I muttered and he scoffed. "You are here to teach me why are you making fun?" I snapped, it was just so mean.
"Not making fun, just laughed cuz it's the fact" this mean rabbit bitch, why did I even expect anything better from him.
He took my sketchbook and opened a fresh sheet. Then taking the pencils he rubbed each one on the paper. "These are the shade differences you see, each have different thickness and darkness. When shading or sketching you need to choose the pencils carefully. They give out brilliant effects. There is also the mechanical pencil but according to me they are good for outline sketches, for perfect shading you need the HB pencils with thickness markings" he said and listened to everything carefully, I atleast needed to learn the basics or else my future is wrecked.
"Aren't we drawing something?" I asked and he raised his brows at me.
"First know your tools before using them" he said and I pouted, why was he acting like this, it is making me upset.
He moved the couch closer that our knees touched and he kept the sketchbook on it. "Now take it and try to shade, I will show you the density. Don't grip the pencil too tight just shad with light strokes you can stroke over as many times you want".
I followed everything he said and chose low marked HB pencil, it will have a lighter shade as I knew. After I was done with the strokes Jungkook stopped me. "Now use something to rub the lines, it gives a more smooth and better effect to the shade" he said and started rubbing the lines with his fingers but when I tried to do the same he stopped me.
