Step four of breaking the friendzone : Show you are busy but still manage your time for her
"So how was your first tutoring session? What did you learn?" Kuina asked while sipping in her virgin mojito. Dev was already looking at me for an answer and Byeol had kept her phone aside. Hana, Miyeon, Andrew and Jake walked towards the table, even they were excited to know what I learnt.
But to be honest, I learned nothing, all I remembered was Jungkook fooling around, and stuff. I forgot what he taught me already. "Ummm... basic shading and stuff" I murmured and they all gasped.
"Woah" "Great" "Well done Y/N" they all said in unison but they didn't know what exactly we did the entire evening. The way Jungkook was causal about this tutoring stuff, I don't know if I will be able to learn anything by the end of the terminals.
"Dev aren't you supposed to treat us for something" Hana's voice brought me back to reality and everyone had their attention on Dev now.
"Yeah Bro! You are in the soccer team now" Jake patted his back and he shyly scratched his forehead.
"What treat y'all want? Should I buy food like Jake or?" He asked and Byeol raised her hand in the air.
"I have an opinion" she declared, "Dev is the rich guy of our group, so he should be throwing a bigger treat" Dev squinted his eyes at her.
"What do you mean?" He asked and Hana chuckled.
"Let's go somewhere outside and you pay the bill" she said and Dev sighed, it was definitely unfair but he didn't really care, he had plenty of cash in his pocket.
"Okay as you all wish" he said and Andrew and Jake clapped.
"So on the evening then?" Jake said and something hit my mind all of a sudden.
Jungkook was supposed to come in the evening and he will stay atleast for an hour.
"Hey, I can't go with you guys, Jungkook will be coming today as well" I said and their gaze quickly shifted to me.
"Can't you manage somehow, Jungkook is your friend right? I think he will listen. The group will be complete if you join" Dev and I gave it a thought, I don't think Jungkook will listen to me without taking any bribes in return.
