Blythe's P.O.V.

"So let me get this straight...this 'cell phone' helps you with many things...one of which is communicating with people?"

"Yup! That's pretty much it!"

"Hmm, okay."

....

"So I just press this and enter the number and press call?"

"Yes! Exactly see it's simple."

I press call and Kristi begins to leave the room

"Hey? Aren't you going to stay?"

"What? Of course not. I'm not going to invade on this private conversation between you and this mystery man."

She scoffs

"So no I won't be."

She leaves the room before sticking her head back in

"Oh, and if anything goes wrong just yell for me, k?"

"R-Right.."

And with that she leaves

Okay..so I guess I'll wait until Grayson picks up then then-

The phone finally picks up

"Hello? Who's this?"

"U-Um...hi, this the the girl who bumped into you earlier."

"Come again?"

"Y'know...Blythe?"

"Oh! Blythe, I didn't recognise you sooner. I apologise."

"No, no, it's alright."

"Anyways...tell me about yourself Grayson."

"Me? I'm honestly not that interesting.."

"Oh please, I'm sure that's not true."

"Well...if you say so.."

"How about I start off first and you will tell me about yourself after?"

"Sure I guess."

"Well, you already know my name so, there's that taken care of..."

"I like the colour purple for one, and I like music."

"That's cool. What type of music?"

"Oh any kind really."

"That's lovely."

He chuckles and I feel my cheeks heat up hearing his laughter...

Wait! No, No, No...Blythe. You barely know him. He could be a terrible person for all I know.

"So Blythe, where do you live?"

"Oh, I live in a hotel."

"A hotel? You don't live in a house?"

"Nope, in all honesty, my grandfather left me here in the city..with no money."

"That sounds awful I'm sorry..."

"But how did you get in a hotel if you had no money?"

"Well they had this girl, named Kristi...her mother was working at the regestration desk and I had walked in to get a room...I wasn't aware that you had to pay for one and she yelled at me."

"I-"

"That's when Kristi came in, I told her my situation and she gave me an extra room for free. I was going to pay her back but she declined."
