In front of my grandfather stood an aquamarine colored necklace.
I stood shocked.
"Y-You want me to collect a human s-soul, in that?! Are you insane?!?"
He smirked.
"Partly, yes. This is your only chance to go to the human world Blythe. So choose."
I take everything back about you being nice grandpa.
Heck, you even buttered me up before this.
I blame your biscuits.

"Come on Blythe...I don't have all eternity to spare."
Dear God he creeps me out by the second-
"You have 3 minutes to decide. Consider yourself lucky...I normally only give people 1 minute for these types of deals..."

If I stay here I have to go back to him..I'm not really in the mood to go back there anyways, he'll just yell at me.

"Thank you grandfather I'll return to you in two weeks." Blythe happily said.

The portal closed as she entered.
"You opened a new portal of possibilities for me...and you have no idea."

I'm finally here....
I actually made it...
I'm in the human world.
My antlers and swirls were now hidden and I was wearing a teal hoodie with a yellow-green stripe across it.
Along with the hoodie was navy blue jeans and white sneakers.
If not already, then I definately look like a human now.
I look at my surroundings.
There were cars driving all over the streets, there were also buildings...large and small.
That wasn't the best part though...
There were humans.
Like actual human beings.
Most of them looked angry or stressed to say the least...I wonder why...
Speaking of the scenery, I need a place to stay.
I mean I'm fully capable of staying out in the wilderness by myself..but in a place where I can get a sheltered area?
No thanks I'll pass on living in the wilderness today-
Maybe I should try talking to the humans, they might know a place for me to stay.
*a couple of comedically funny failed attempts*
Oh, okay then..
Humans are not as nice as I pictured them.
(Some of them even flat out ignored me...how rude!)
