Chapter 13 Avoid

It's been 2 weeks since Ghost and I had sex and I have been avoiding him ever since. Though we are living in the same place I found my ways to hide. I really didn't know why I was hiding but I was. I got up early today because Kulture and I said we would hit the beach. We been clubbing together and the guys well they had their own thing going on mostly in front of the sofa playing that stupid game.

"Bitch! get your ass up!" I semi yelled at Kulture.

"Where the fuck you going so damn early" she said twisting to her other side and pulling the covers over her head.

"It's 10 am, hoe" I said pulling off the covers. "And remember we are going to the beach; I didn't buy all this swimwear to keep in my bag" I added.

Kulture looked up at me and still didn't move, soon after she put a smirk on her face.

"Why don't you throw on one now and go up to the pool while I sleep"

"Oh, maybe you will see Damani" she added laughing a little.

"Gurl, don't let me slap you silly. Get your ass up!" I said walking over to her with a serious face.

"Heyyy" she yelled and jumped off the bed.

"Btw don't think I haven't noticed you hiding from the nigga... planning days to go party and don't inform the guys and shit...I see you" she added looking through her bags.

"I ain't hiding from a soul" I denied.

"Well then go invite the guys to come along... I'm sure they wanna look at a bunch of bitches half naked"

I looked at her holding her two arms at her side staring me down. There were a few seconds of silence before I responded.

"Fine" I said heading towards the door.

I walked out seeing no one playing games, matter a fact no one was out here but Ghost. I walked over to where he was down in his phone.

"Where's everybody?" I asked behind him.

"Well, hello to you too ma... Been a while since I laid eyes on you" he said scanning me.

"Are you hiding or something? What am I intimidating you?" he added with a smirk.

"Boy please... I still don't like u ass"

"U like this dick though?" he said straight facing me.

I was shocked by his comment. I just stood there staring at him.

"Other dudes on the roof shawty" he added turning back his attention to the phone.

I stood there a while wondering what just happened, this guy really thinks he's so special, I should have shot his ass weeks ago getting on my damn nerves.

I informed the guys about the beach trip, and everyone was down for it. About an hour later we all hopped on the bus and headed for the beach. Ghost ass didn't come though, said he had business to take care of whatever that's supposed to mean. We arrived and to our surprise there were a lot of people, we made our way through the crowd to find a little spot for ourselves. The day went by quickly, we decided to leave after the sunsets, so we all sat on the sand while Leek and Davo was talking up some chick.

"Watch the two fools trying to get the same bitch" Milo said looking over at them.

"Wanna make a bet?" I suggested looking at them too.

"Ok, I bet on Davo 50 bucks" Milo said.

"Kulture?"

She looked over at the guys one last time then started laughing.

"I bet on neither... Because I bet on myself $200", she smirked and got up.

"I bet on Kulture!" I said quickly causing Milo to look back on me.

"You bitches are thieves" he said.

"Says your cheap ass bout $50" I clapped back.

We both watched Kulture as she did her thing, two twos the other girl was giving Kulture her number. Kulture smiled and gave the girl a kiss on her cheek while the guys walked back over to us.

"Get your girl man!" Leek yelled and threw his hands up in the air.

To be honest I never saw Kulture at work and trust me her ass was good, if we weren't friends, and she came up to me she would have gotten my number too.

"You two or just a bunch of pussies" Kulture said. "Oh, Miles my $50 please ...with your cheap ass" she added stretching out her hands.

"You mean $100" I said laughing.

"You guys were over here betting the whole time?" Davo asked raising his brows like it wasn't obvious.

"And you bitches lost... you guys are two idiots" Milo yelled over at both of them.

"Fuck u Milo and your crippled ass" Leek clapped back.

"Crippled yes but I wouldn't make a bitch, take my bitch after chatting her up for..." he paused looking down on his apple watch then continued "like eternity" he ended.

Kulture and I watched the guys as they went back at forth over who is lame from who is stupid. It was soon dark, and we packed our shit and went back to the hotel while the guys still went on and on, over what happened.

Ghost/Damani

"What do you mean?" I asked the bossman.

"The bitch knows you in Miami. Seems like we got a rat or something"

"The only people that knows we here, is us here and your brother"

"Check them on your side they might be my baby girl friends but they can still be snitches"

"Yow, but you treat those niggas like u own dawg"

"Family can still stab you in the back ghost... Just check them and watch out for anybody sneaky"

"Sure will, boss... I gotta go she's here" I replied hanging up.

"What you hiding?" she said walking pass me to the sofa.

I didn't answer, I was too confused on what these old fools were arguing about.

"Can yall be done already...and Miles give us our damn money" I heard Jay shouted out.

Not gonna lie I love seeing her small ass raise her voice and act like a damn gangster. She's behaving like I don't know her ass been avoiding me for the past few weeks but won't be unto her when I decided I have had enough, she's lucky I was busy trying to figure out how her mom knew we were in Miami. I swear if it's any of these fools they gonna die quicker than how they were born, I hate rats.
I was snapped outta my thoughts as I saw Jay pulled off the towel that was wrapped around her and made her way to the room, God damn she's sexy I thought to myself. Don't know who she's trying to fool but I know her ass likes me she's just playing hard to get but I don't mind, I love the challenge.
