They all walked out of the portal and into the LOV, when the todorokis walked through the whole league stood in shock.

Present tense; 3rd person:

Kurogiri: "Did someone kidknap the todoroki siblings?"

Dabi: "No. Absolutely not."

Shigaraki: "No."

Fuyumi: "We came willingly.."

Shoto and natsuo nod. In response to this the league stood there really confused.

AFO: "You all came willingly huh?"

Dabi: "No. Don't you dare."

AFO: "Oh? That's not it huh?"

Dabi: "Oh you better shut your mouth all for one."

AFO: "You're the youngest here and yet you're still cocky."

Dabi: "Shut up."

Shigaraki: "I mean.. you are."

Dabi: "Oh shut up creep you're not that much older than me."

AFO: "Boys. No arguing. Not again."

Toga: "You brought the deku steamer here. How dare you."

Shoto: "Dsku stealer? Midoriya and I are only friends?"

Toga: "Yeah but he likes you you dumbass."

Dabi: "Alright toga apologise and it isn't his fault if that deku kid likes him. Jesus."

Toga: "Fine. Sorry."

Shoto: "It's quite alright. I was just confused."

Toga: "When are you not?"

Fuyumi: "I like her. She's funny."

Natsuo: "I mean. She's not wrong."

Shoto: "I feel targeted."

Dabi: "Ow... ok I have to go for a little bit.. I'll be back."

Shigaraki: "Don't do anything stupid."

Dabi: "uh-huh."

Dabi then walks out of the room and leaves the rest of them in there.

AFO: "Kurogiri.. make sure he doesn't accidentally burn this place to the ground."

Kurogiri: "Already on it."

Shoto: "Is he ok? I heard him say ow?"

AFO: "It's nothing too bad.. it's just his burns sometimes hurt because some of them are from the inside out... but the fire didn't help... it made them a lot worse and a lot more visible as you can tell..."

Shoto: "mhm.."

Fuyumi: "Yeah... it must hurt.."

Toga: "The main time it hurts and he complains is when he eats... but we're not sure why..."

Kurogiri: "I don't know. I'm pretty sure he has more burns than just his arms and face but you can't see them obviously."

Toga: "Yeah that makes sense maybe."

Twice: "True."

Natsuo: "In that case. I'm a qualified doctor, I'll take a look at him if you want."
