The Doctor's POV
" I think that I'm- I'm... " I say stuttering
" What is it Doctor? " Rose asks me worriedly
" Rose, I think.. wait no. I know that I'm um. " I continue to embarrass myself. " Let me start off simple, I'm very sorry for seeing you only in bra and trousers I didn't expect that. Second, I erm. I-I love you Rose Tyler and I'm sorry I haven't said it sooner, I know that you just started traveling with me again and it's maybe too soon for you but, I just wanted to tell you before anything else happens. so yes, I love you Rose Tyler and I always have. " I finally tell her and begin to walk away. Did I just tell her that?!
I feel a hand on my shoulder, I slowly turn around and before I can say anything I feel a pair of warm, soft lips pressed to mine. Fire works are exploding inside of me, my hearts are beating like crazy, and my skin feels numb. Is this really happening. Did Rose Tyler just kiss me?
Rose's POV
I am totally shocked, The Doctor loves me? This has to be some sick dream. But I know it's not when I decided to make a bold move and kiss him, I felt sparks fly everywhere and I felt Fantastic.
After atleast a minute of snogging I had to get some air but I don't want this to end. Once I slowly pull away I look to see his reaction; he's blushing like crazy and has a huge goofy smile plastered on his face.
" Yupp I still got it. " He smirks ruffling his hair.
" I love you too. " I say back
" What? I couldn't hear you. The fireworks are just too loud. " He smirks
" Wow. I said, I LOVE YOU TOO! " I shout giggling.
Well, that escalated quickly.
Did that just happen? Did The Doctor and I just snog?
" OI! " The Doctor shouts jumping around
" YOU KISSED ROSE! YOU KISSED ROSEEE! " Danielle shouted in a sing song voice. She was on The Doctors back repeating " you love Rose, you kissed Rose."
" Actually she kissed me! " The Doctor snitches on me like a child.
" Danielle! Get off of The Doctor right now! " I tell her.
" Sorry mum. " She giggles. " So are you two gonna get married now?" She asks with puppy dog eyes " Please? "
The Doctor and I share a look.
" No. Danielle. Not yet. " The Doctor says
" Not yet?? " I giggle
" Well um I meant. um. no uhh. No. ugh.." The Doctor blushes, stuttering and jumbling his words around.
" Eck-hem. " I hear a familiar voice from behind me.
I turn around to find that it's Prazina.
" Oh Hello! " I greet her.
" Good morning, we are going to start getting ready for our festival now that you've arrived, care to help us Goddess and star dancers? " Prazina says
" Ooh, I love a good festival! " The Doctor shouts.
" Come along, the carnival is based around you Goddess and star dancers. " Prazina states
" Cool! " Danielle jumps around
Prazina leads us into the center of the village, many people are already setting up gorgeous lights and decorations.
I see one main thing that catches my eye, it's a painting of a beautiful girl with long blonde hair and it looks as if the stars and planets are tangled into her hair. It's a truly beautiful and creative painting.
" Hello, may I ask who painted this? " I ask Prazina and point to the painting.
" Ah yes, our villages artist. His name is Gonzie. Would you like to meet him? " Prazina informs me.
" Yes! I would love to! " I exclaim.
