Rose's POV
I have nothing to do,
of course. I miss him.
" Jack! " I call
No Response.
" Jack! "
No Response.
I get out of my bed and start look for Jack.
" Jack? " I whisper to myself.
I sigh and sit down in the library.
I see a photo album. It's The Doctor's. It has photos of him with aliens, companions, and him and me.
I tear up as I look at the pictures. I close the photo album and take it to our room.
An idea comes to mind.
I could take all of the photos of The Doctor and I so that I can make a photo album of us, for us, and possibly for our children if we ever have any... It depends on The Doctor...
I look through my cell to see if I have any pictures I could copy or print of us.
I find a picture, actually several pictures of The Doctor's previous regeneration and me together.
I laugh at the old pictures of us goofing around and Jack is even in some of the pictures.
It suddenly clicks to me. I remember I forced The Doctor to get a phone. I could text him! I'll do this project another time.
...
*On Phone*
To: The Doctor <3
Doctor, This is Rose. Please come back to The Tardis. I miss you and I need you! I love you <3
~ Rose.
Message Sent!
...
" Please text back, Please text back. " I murmur to myself.
" Rose I'm back!! " I hear Jack shout,
" Sorry! I just went out to the bar to get a drink. "
I jog out of my room.
" Idiot! I thought you left too! " I run up to him and hug him tightly.
" Rose. It's fine. " He whispers.
" No it's not. When is he coming back. I know you know. " I push off of him.
" Rose.. you know that I can't tell you but, what did you do to cope when you lived in that parallel world? "
" I didn't really cope I guess, most nights were bad.. I had alot of nightmares and dreams about The Doctor. I guess I just always hoped he'd come back so I worked hard at Torchwood and tried to live, for him. I always thought of the good times like when I finally learned how to say Raxacoricofallapatorious. Remember, You were there with Blon Slitheen. She was annoying. Also when The Doctor and I danced. I danced with you too. " I rambled
Jack chuckles " Yeah I remember. " ,
" You sound like him when he talks alot."
" Hmph. But anyways! Tell me what you know please. " I beg him.
" It's not like it's anything bad, you aren't in any danger, this is for the both of you I know you're gonna love it! I'm not even supposed to be telling you anything of this. You are not even supposed to know I know. " Jack explains.
" Yeah, okay but when will he be back? "
He sighs " A week or so. "
" Okay. " I grin
The Doctor's POV
While I work I get a text. I check my phone and see its from Rose.
Rose.
Reply, you should reply.
It's like that little voice in the back of your mind, reply, no don't, yes answer her.
I'm going to text her and after all Jack's voicemail said she wasn't alright, at all.

I'm terribly sorry Rose. I promise that I will be back within a week. Just in time for our wedding. I desperately miss you but this'll be great I promise. Be strong for me, don't make Jack suffer too much but maybe just enough ;)

I guess we can't stand to be away from each other because of what had happened at the battle of Canary Wharf.

Rose's POV
My phone starts to buzz, I look at it and it says.
New Text Message!
From: The Doctor <3

I am so happy to hear from him and that he's alright and he misses me as much as I miss him. But I still miss him more.
Wait a second. If I could trace the text from where he sent it I could find it where he's at! I shouldn't. Really no.
I mean he said he'd be back soon...
My curiosity is getting the better of me.
I shouldn't. He seemed really excited about this surprise and it sounds like he's working really hard on it.
Oh well. I should just be patient for him.
" I love you Doctor.. " I croak out silently.
