~ I Think You Need A Doctor

Rose's POV

I finally wake up.

I quickly scoff down my brunch since it is about 11:28 am. I follow the sound of The Doctor and Jack's chuckles. They're in the pool room.

I smile at the sight " Hey Jack! "

" Rosie! " He shouts, he runs up to me and embraces me in a giant bear hug. He lifts me off the floor and twirls me around.

He laughs " How're you!? "

" I'm amazing and you? "

" Well being Captain Jack Harkness I think that I'm fabulous! "

I laugh and we hug once again. Then Jack suddenly picks me up and runs towards the pool and jumps in it with me in his arms!

I swim to the surface of the water and begin to scowl at Jack. I splash water at him igniting a fight.

" Oh-Ho now you've done it Rosie! "

Jack climbs out of the pool and jumps off the diving board in to the pool causing a giant explosion of chlorine water to get in my eyes.

" I can't see. " I cry

I hear another splash and I'm in someone's arms, I know it's The Doctor because once we made skin contact it was that warm, tingling feeling in my heart and skin.

I slowly open my eyes because they burn.

I groan " Hey. "

" Hey, you alright? "

" Yeah, I am now. " I stare into his big brown eyes.

He slowly leans in and we share a deep passionate kiss. He holds me close and I just bask in our love.

" I love you. "

" I love you too. " he says

" Eckhm. " Jack grunts

" Yes? "

" Can we go somewhere Doc? " Jack asks

He grins " Sure. Where to. "

" Well since it's almost Rosie's Birthday. Lets go some where peaceful and relaxing! " Jack squeals

" I don't want to celebrate my birthday, It isn't important. "

" Of course it is! " The Doctor and Jack shout in unison

I scoff and start to dry off my hair.

" I'll be back I'm going to change into proper swimming clothes. "

I go into my wardrobe and put on a hot pink bikini with white polka dots on it. I put my hair up in a messy bun and slip on some hot pink flip flops.

I re-enter the pool room and sit in one of the lounge chairs.

" Well now that you're in proper swim wear would you like to join me in the hot tub? " The Doctor asks me.

I simply nod my head and we join hands and walk towards the hot tub.

I start to relax in the hot water when Jack shouts,

" Guys lets play Marco Polo! "

The Doctor quickly scurries out of the hot tub and jumps into the pool.

I groan and slowly follow behind.

" Not it! " Jack and The Doctor shout.

" Really. " I laugh.

" Yes, this is very serious. " Jack giggles poking at my sides.

" Ughh. "

I close my eyes and count from ten to one. I blindly search through the water.

" One, Two, Three fish out of water! " I shout and there's one big splash.

" Marco. "

" Polo! " Jack shouts

" Polo. " The Doctor whispers in my ear and then quickly swims away.

" Marco! "

" Polo! " They shout.

I eventually tag a very loud Jack and the game goes on for a while until we get too tired to swim anymore.

" I'm going to go make hotdogs, chips, and hamburgers. " Jack announces.

" I'll go get drinks. " The Doctor says.

I hoist myself out of the pool, dry off and I wrap myself in a towel.

I lay down in a lounging chair and put earbuds in and listen to music.

The Doctor's POV

Today has been a very relaxing day. I'm glad Jack decided to come over, Rose got things off her mind and is relaxed too.

I grab some soda pop and beer for Jack of course. I also grab some water bottles and a bottled tea for Rose.

I walk back into the pool room to find Rose asleep in a lounge chair.

I lean over to her and softly wake her.

" Rosie. " I say stroking her golden locks.

She's so beautiful, wonderful, kind, generous and so so much more. I'm the luckiest man of all time and space to have her. I love her so much more than she will ever know.

She slowly awakens and stretches out. She wraps her arms around my neck and pulls me down into a lovable hug.

" I love you. " She yawns and sits up.

" I love you more. "

" Who wants food! " Jack shouts, " Oh, am I interrupting? "

" Nope. "

I bring Rose her food and her tea.

Today has been one of the best days of my existence.
