The Doctor's POV

' Tonight's the night. ' I mentally prepare myself for what's ahead.

" Rose? " I say to the beautiful girl laying next to me to grasp her attention.

" Hmm? " She replies.

' How should I start off? ' I think, ' Oh! okay you've got this. '

" Rose Tyler, where do I begin? " I breathily laugh, " I have traveled all of time mostly and yet have never met such a creature so daring, extravagant, beautiful, and as courageous as you are. There is a fire inside your essence and heart that entices me, you never cease to amaze me. As I told you before, when I lost you I told every companion about you and said " you're not replacing her. " Rose, I love you. I know you've just got back but it honestly feels as if you've never left. I've never felt this way before about anything or anyone. Rose, I know that you doubt and think lowly of yourself but you are perfect to me, the way you smile and your tongue pokes out through your teeth and your gorgeous laugh, everything about you is perfect and don't think otherwise. Rose I belong to you, ever since I grabbed your hand and whispered "Run" you've had my hearts. I love you so very much. So here I offer you a promise ring, Will you be mine? This promise ring is a promise that I will propose and we will get married, I love you Rose. " I tell her and finally pop the question.

Rose has been crying since I started my speech, she says yes by nodding her head and jumping into my arms giving me a passionate, tender kiss like no other, this one is like the forth of July at a carnival.

" I love you! " She sobs

" I love you too. " I smile.

Rose's POV

I have butterflies in my stomach, wait no it's bigger than that it feels like birds doing backflips in my stomach.

Is he going to propose?
Wait, No! A promise ring! Awh. I love him so much. Of course I'm going to say yes!

He slowly slips the ring onto my finger, it looks like it's a three piece ring?

" Doctah? Why does it look like a three piece ring? " I ask him

" Promise ring, Engagement ring, and finally the Wedding ring. " He explains to me.

I examine the promise part of the ring, it has a silver band with medium white diamonds tracing around it. It's gorgeous and I can't wait to see the rest of it.

" I love you. " I tell him again.

" I love you more. " He smiles

" Can we swim now? " I ask

" Yeah " he replies.

I didn't even realize the time but when I looked around it was a beautiful sunset.

" I should probably put Danielle to bed and then we can swim. " I tell him kissing him on the cheek.

I walk around the beach and finally spot her, I approach the sleepy looking Danielle.

" Are you ready for bed sweetheart? " I ask her.

" Yeah. " She yawns, " PiggyBack? "

" Sure. " I giggle

She hops onto my back and I carry her into the Tardis and into her room. I lay her down in her bed and tuck her in kissing her goodnight.

I walk back out of the Tardis to join The Doctor for a midnight swim in the pretty pink ocean.

" Hey. " I say

" Hey. " He says back

I sit down near the shore, just so the small waves can wash up onto my legs. The Doctor offers me his hand.

" Wanna go out further? " He asks

I nod my head and we walk hand and hand out into the cool ocean waters.

I'm so tired, I stayed up pretty late writing this crappy chapter :/ but on the bright side;
