~ I Think You Need A Doctor

Rose's POV

I start to ex out my calendar ever day as my birthday draws more and more near.

That also means the possible proposal. I can't get it out of my mind, I think of it all day every day. I get dressed and I meet The Doctor and Jack in the console room.

" Hey Doctah? "

" Yes, Rose? "

" Could we go somewhere? You, Jack, and me? " I ask him

" Of course! Why not? "

" I was wondering, if Greek Mythology was real? " I say

" Well there's only one way to find out! ".
" Go tell Jack to dress like Ancient Greece style, you too. " He chuckles

I holler to Jack and tell him the plans.
I dress like a female Greek citizen.

I hum to the song Elastic Heart by Sia as I do my hair up.

I think of all the Greek goddesses, gods, and creatures. I love the Sirens, Persephone, and Aphrodite.

I'd love to be as pretty as Aphrodite the Goddess of Love. I mean she's perfection, gorgeous, and everyone loves her. Obviously everyone loves her because well she's The Goddess of Love.

I can't wait to meet her if she is real. If she even would want to meet me though.

" Rose, Jack! Are you ready? " The Doctor calls

" Yeah! " I call back and so does Jack.

I walk back into the console room to see a shirtless Jack. His body is smoking hot, he has a six pack like wow. But I'm not interested in him. Obviously, he's like my brother.

The Doctor sees me drooling over Jack's body and yanks me next to him.

" Sorry. " I murmur wiping the saliva off my chin

I clench onto a railing as The Doctor punches in the coordinates. He comes up behind me and puts his arms around me and clutches the railing. He lays his chin on my shoulder and lay my head back onto his chest.

After a minute or two we don't even realize the Tardis stopped until Jack snaps us out of it.

I blush embarrassed, " Sorry. "

" What's there to be sorry about? " The Doctor grins running his hand up and down my shoulder.

I grin. " Nothing. "

We exit the Tardis, we're in Ancient Greece! I can tell because of the style and the people controlling weather and crops ect.

I gasp in amazement, I walk around and see so many things. Such as Poseidon doing amazing things with his power over water.

I walk up to Poseidon and bow.

" Hello God of Water Poseidon. "

" Hello fair maiden. " He grins.

We talk for a bit but I bid him Goodbye and try to find Aphrodite.

I see her in the meadows, her long golden curly blonde hair surrounds her, he fair skin makes her stand out as well as her bright blue eyes. She looks so elegant grazing through the flower covered fields with the white robes of silk she's wearing. To me she resembles a swan.

I slowly approach her and introduce myself.

We shortly become friends. She says that I'm different and she finds me very intriguing. She's never met anyone like me she states.

I tell her I'll see her soon and I walk off to find Jack trying to seduce Persephone.

Persephone waves goodbye and goes back to the underworld with Hades.

We all meet back up and decide to go on a sail with Odyssey and his crew.

I breathe in the bittersweet salty air. I relax as the waves crash and the wind blows through my hair. The Doctor and I do a Titanic scene at the front of the ship.

I relax even more when I hear beautiful music filling my ears.

" Sirens! " Odyssey shouts, " Fill your ears with wax or something! "

Everyone does as he says except for The Doctor. He's stuck in their trance, now I'm starting not to like the Sirens as much.

" Doctor. " I say waving a hand over his face, he doesn't daze.

I shake him and beg him to look at me. I begin to cry, I'm so desperate to help him.

I have an idea.

I stand up at the front of the boat and begin to walk forwards, just as I'm about to jump off I feel someone's arms wrapped around my waist tightly and their head tucked into my side.

They pick me up and put me on the deck.
I shush him and tell him I'm fine.

The Doctor whimpers, " Why would you do that!"

" Because you were locked in the Siren's trance! " I shout at him.

He pouts and sits on the floor. I look back to see the Sirens dying. Sirens die when they can't get sailors under their trance.

I sit next to The Doctor and cuddle with him telling him I'm sorry once again.

" Every time we go somewhere some thing always happens. " I sigh

" Yeah . "

" Well, lets stay for two more days? " I plead him

" Yeah of course. "

We sleep in a old cottage given to us by Aphrodite and get ready to adventure.
