"HEY LOOK! FOOD AND WATER!" Was all Cutter and the rest of the group wanted to hear. They'd been walking for three days now on the island they thought was the a tiny island. They walked to the middle of the island, to find only sand, and more sand. No water, and no food. Until, they found a little shaded spot with food and water. There was fish, ice tailed pike, salt and crusted sea bass, and many others. There were apples, bananas, grapes, all sorts of food. And enough to last for days.
The group walked over to the many sorts of food they could find. And started to dig in.
Cutter immediately went for the Ice Tailed Pike, but spitting pieces of it out as he ate.
"THIS TASTS LIKE SAND!" He said.
Dak went for some food to followed by Winger, Burple, and Aggro.
"Yeah. This does taste like sand!" Burple resumed as he and the others spit out the food they ate.
"I think we have our answer!" Summer laughed, "I don't think I need to try any!"
"We're we hallucinating?" Dak asked as the food and water mysteriously vanished from sight.
"I think so." Leyla replied.
"We need to hurry and find food!" Aggro siad, "and by the way, I don't think I'm going to come with you guys to recruit dragons."
"Why?" Dak asked.
"I've been thinking, and I want to find a faster way to rescue my children. So I'm not going!"
"If your not going either, then neither am I!" Cutter said
"We're going to loose two team members?" Winger sighed. "If we must.
"Sorry guys! I just want to get my babies out as soon as possible!" Aggro stated
"Me too!" Cutter agreed.
"You guys can leave, but at least stay with us until we find some food." Leyla argued.
"Ok!" Cutter agreed
"Fine!" Aggro reluctantly said
They kept walking. They walked both day, and night, until they couldn't walk anymore.
"I can't take it!" Burple said as he plopped down on some sand.
"No more!" Summer did the same, followed by everyone else.
Just a few minutes later Leyla could feel someone moving her away.
"What?" She said, her words slurring, "what are you doing?" She took her last heave of breath, before closing her eyes, and her breathing stopped.
