-Asami's pov-

I watched as Korra's boat left, I watched as it disappeared into the sea. Korra was my best friend, and now she's gone back home. Sometimes I think maybe if Korra left sooner maybe this wouldn't hurt as much.

I got back in the car with my father after my little moment and headed back home. He told me that I need to get cleaned up if I was going to meet my assistant today, but I didn't want to, I just wanted to stay under my covers. He rescheduled the meet for tomorrow instead.

I spent the rest of the time in my room wishing Korra would walk through those doors again and complain about training like she would everyday. I hate change.

The next morning I woke up and remembered that Korra wasn't there anymore. I had to force myself to get off the bed, I showered and got ready to meet my new assistant since now I'm the new CEO, well after I sign some papers.

"A letter for you" my father came in my room "it's from Korra" he placed it on my dresser "let's hope tomorrow goes well"

Tomorrow is Korra's initiation, where she fights for the title of Chief. I can't imagine what that girl must be going through.

I grabbed the letter once my father left and began to read it.

Hey Asami,
Ignore my terrible handwriting, I never went to school like you so don't start your shit. Anyways, I wanted to let you know that I made it safe to the south and I start training again today to prepare me for my battle. I also wanted to tell you good luck with the company, I know you'll do great things.
-Korra

I smiled at the letter, even though Korra didn't go to school she can write a letter better than half the kids in 10th grade.

"Asami are you ready to go?" My father called for me

"Yes" I'll have to write Korra back later

Me and my father made our way to the future Industries main building where my office will be. We entered the elevator and headed to the top floor. The elevator leads straight into a large office unlike the other floors where there's halls full of smaller offices and meeting rooms. The building was only for office work basically, its where our ideas are formed into blueprints and pushed into the actual warehouse where they'll complete the build and send it off to the public.

"This is it" Hiroshi took in a breath

"So my door's a elevator?" I questioned

"Well yes, don't worry, before they send someone up they'll buzz you on your office phone" he gestured to my desk that had a phone on it "besides it's not like you'll be here all the time"

"I guess you're right" I continued looking around the room, tall book shelves took over the walls, a large window with a view of the city, and 2 large couches with a coffee table taking the corner of the room.

"Beautiful right" my father spoke

"It is" I smiled at him

"Miss Sato, I have a Bolin here to meet you" my phone from the desk spoke

"They're calling me miss Sato already?" I walked towards the phone

"This is your company now" my father chuckled "just hold down that red button and speak back"

"Let them up" I spoke to the phone

Seconds later the elevator arrived with a ding, the doors opened revealing a well dressed man, he came in the room and bowed his head.

"Hello Miss Sato" he lifted his head revealing green eyes and a perfect smile "and hello to you too Mr. Sato"

"Ah Bolin, glad you can make it." My father smiled "please come join us" he gestured to the couches
