I think i like Y/n. I dont know what it is about her. She's just really cool and she's completely different to me and it's cool.

Tori turns to me. I grab her wrist and pull her into the black box.

I pull Tori to the janitors closet and shut the door.
"What's up with you Jade?"
"I think i like Y/n." I say.
"About time."
"What?"
"It's ovbious. Y/n just hasn't noticed cos she's all in on her music. And she's a little oblivious." Tori says.
"What do i do?"
She gasps.
"Are you coming to me for help?"
"Yes i am now please, tell me what to do. I dont wanna be all... weird around her."
"Just trust me on this Jade. I'm gunna talk to Y/n and very very subtly ask her if she likes you back." Tori says.
"Just dont tell her i like her. Please i beg you." I say.
"I wont dont worry."
I leave the closet with Tori and we bump into Y/n.
"Oh hey sorry. I wasn't concentrating." Y/n says.
"Nah it's our fault dont worry." Tori says.
I try to avoid looking at her. Tori elbows me. I look at her.
"Jade." Y/n says.
"Huh?"
"I asked if you're okay." Y/n says.
"Oh... uh... yeah. Yeah I'm okay." I say.

"You sure?"
I smile and nod. She smiles and walks off. Tori swats my head. I swat hers.
"That was just uncalled for."
"You hit me first." I say.

Me and Andre are stood talking. He needs another vocalist for his song and wants me to do it.
"C'mon Y/n. Your voice is amazing. It will go well with my song."
"Okay." I say.
"Okay?"
I nod.
"I'll do the song with you." I say.
We high five.
"Thank you Y/n." He says.
I smile.
"So, when do you plan on asking Jade out?" He asks.
I frown.
"What?"
"Y'know. When are you asking Jade out?"
"I dont follow."
"You like Jade Y/n. It's obvious."
"I dont. Not like that."
On Friday, me and Andre are stood waiting for a few things to get sorted out. I have the guitar. Tori's been bugging me all week asking me if i like Jade. It's pissing me off a bit. Jade is stood with Tori, Beck, Robbie and Cat among the others in the audience.
"Y'know, I'm starting to think we shoulda picked countdown." I say.
"Why?"
"Because i think 365 days is aimed at someone."
"We picked it cos you like Jade and it's aimed at Jade for you." He says with his hand over the mic.
"You did a smart thing covering the mic." I say.
"Okay next up is Y/n and Andre with an original song!"
I out the guitar over my shoulder and get ready.
"Whenever you're ready."
My hands are really shaking.
"Y/n?" Andre whispers.
I cant do this. Why am i panicking like this.
"Would you like me to take the guitar?" Andre asks.

Y/n's just.... frozen. Like... she's not moving.
"Uh... we're experiencing some technical difficulties but we'll be right back." Andre says.
He takes the guitar off Y/n and turns the mic's off. He pulls her into school.

Andre pulls me inside and i start pacing.
"Y/n what's going on? Why are you like this?"
"I dont know Andre! I'm scared!" I say.
"You're pacing. You look like you're gunna have a panic attack. What's going on? I've never seen you like this."
"I dont know what's wrong with me."
"Look just sit down and take a few deep breaths." Andre says.
I try but i cant. I stand against a locker and take a few breaths.
"That's it. Just breathe in and out until you feel calm enough."
I nod and stay like that for almost 10 minutes. When I'm calm enough, we go back out.
