Jade

I spot Y/n and Andre walk back out but Y/n freezes at a table and closes her eyes. She goes up with Andre. During the song, we musta locked eyes at least 7 times. Which makes my heart race because it gives me the idea that this song is aimed at me or something. After the song, we all go over.

"Y/n! Andre!" Tori shouts.

I swat her.

"She just had a panic attack. Dont yell at her." I say.

"Sorry."

We get to Andre.

"Where's Y/n?" I ask.

"She ran off." Andre says.

"Well- is she okay? Did she seem okay? Was she like.... panicky?" I ask.

"I didn't get to see her face before she ran away." Andre says.

I nod and go into school to look for Y/n. I spot Y/n almost immediately. She's in front of her locker with her head in her hands.

"Y/n?"

She looks up at me. Her eyes are red and puffy. She's been crying. She stands up and wipes her eyes.

"Hey. What's up?" Y/n ask.

"I came to find you. Have you been crying?" I ask.

"No. I dont cry. I'm good. Did you-uh-did you enjoy the song?" Y/n asks.

"Yeah i did. Are you okay? Because you dont look very okay right now Y/n." I say.

"Yeah. I'm good. Dont worry."

She lets out a cough. I walk over and stand next to her.

"I need to tell you something but you cannot tell the others. Okay?"

She nods.

"I think i like someone."

Her smile falters a little.

"Uh... who-who?" Y/n asks.

"You." I mutter.

"Who?" Y/n asks.

I take a deep breath.

"You." I say, louder this time.

She's taken back by this. I can tell.

"M-me?" Y/n asks.

I nod.

"Y-you like me?" Y/n asks.

"Yeah."

She chuckles and shakes her head.

"What?"

"Here's me thinking you're straight." Y/n says.

I smile.

"I dont know what made you think that." I say.

She laughs.

"Could i- could i take you on a date on Saturday to Nozu?" Y/n asks.

"What?"

"Okay backtrack. You like me. I like you back, that's why i had a panic attack before i went on stage with Andre. Cos me and Andre kinda wrote that song about you. Well, we originally wrote two songs but we decided on one which we prefered better and then when-"

"Y/n breathe."

She takes a deep breath.

"Anyway. We wrote the song about you and that's why i had a panic attack just before i went up because i didn't know if you'd like it or not. And Tori kept asking me if i like you and it started to stress me out. Which is why I've avoided you all week." Y/n says.

"Damn it Tori. Wait hang on. You like me back?" I ask.

"You're only picking up on this now?" Y/n asks.

"It takes a minute Y/n."

She smiles.

"So about the date? Would you?" Y/n asks.

I nod.

"Yes. I will."

She smiles.

"Oh wait maybe we could go now." Y/n says.

"That would work better." I say.

We both go to Nozu.

"So, do we wanna be open about us two?" Y/n asks.

"What do you mean?" I ask.

"Y'know. Us two. Do we be open or do we stay quiet for a bit?" Y/n asks.

"What about us two?" I ask.

"Jade, us two. The thing between me and you." Y/n says.

"Ohhh."

She smiles and shakes her head.

"Do we tell the others?" Y/n asks.

"Nah. Lets let them guess."

Y/n laughs.

"We're evil." She says.

"I know." I laugh.

She smirks and we eat.
