It's Saturday morning and the sun was warm— the atmosphere was a little cold since we're half way through november
The cool wind brushing through my hair letting it fly behind me. i was making my way through the courtyard heading to meet Draco to our secret tree near the forbidden forest
It has been a week since the night we met and since then we have been meeting every night— we talked and laughed and sometimes we just sat there in silence— we talked about everything and nothing— sometimes Draco keep complaining about Astoria and how she's been annoying these days. he told me about how they fight most of the times and i try my best to listen to him and help him— i was happy that Draco is opening up to me slowly, to let me help him— but even though we talked about everything— something was missing. something was still bothering him— still broking him. but i didn't force him to say anything, he will tell me in the right time
Last night we decided to meet in the morning instead, i told him to meet me under the tree i used to sit under alone the past years, it was MY secret spot back then but of course i'll share it with him now— i was almost there and with the object i brought for him behind my back. i was happy and smiling to myself
When i almost arrived to the spot, i saw him from far away— he was sitting on the ground while putting his arms behind his head,resting on the tree behind him,wearing a black trouser with a white shirt tucked in and the top buttons was undone— and although it was a little cold outside i didn't care so i dressed in a white lacy dress with a long sleeves and a warm jumper resting on my shoulders just in case it gets colder
" hey Draco" i said cheerfully, he looked up at me smirking " you're late"
" yeah well sorry that i had to brought something for you" i shrugged— he raised an eyebrow " for me?" he asked
" yup,now close your eyes" i smiled at him " what wh-" i cut him off " just close your eyes" he huffed and shutting his eyes closed
I revealed the object that was behind me and bring it in front of me holding it with my two hands " open your eyes"
He frowned his eyebrows at first then a small smile make it way on his face then it comes a laugh after " why are you laughing?" i asked seriously and he just kept laughing non stop " oh my god stop!" i was now laughing with him too " sorr-sorry it was just funny" our laugher slowly died " A muffin? why would you bring me a muffin?" shaking his head with a smile still on his face " it's a blueberry muffin" I correct him
" and i brought it to you because muffins make your day better, here" I added then handling the muffin to him " well thank you" he smirked " did you make them by yourself ?" he asked me while taking a bite from it
" Of course not. i stole them" he looked at me widening his eyes at me, then he nodded and eat it anyway
" so how's everything between you and astoria?" he sighs a tired one bringing the muffin from his mouth and placed it on his thigh " it's getting worse every day" he shook his head
" well have you tried and talked to her?" he scoffed " No? why would i ?" i looked at him in a questionable face
" i don't know. don't you want everything to be back to normal?" he stayed silent and biting the inside of his cheeks
" so?" i asked again tilting my head a little since he didn't replied to me the first time I asked " i don't know" that is all he said, frowning his two eyebrows together but then I only nodded my head slowly understanding with a soft sigh escaping my mouth
We stayed in silent for a little and i was playing with the dead grass that I was siting on — there was a single yellow flower glowing between all the dead ones— then i got an idea, i leaned forward the flower that was in front of me and i picked it up—looking down at it, folding it between my fingers
" hey draco?" he looked at me with a questioning face " i have an idea" i said smirking " and that is..?" he questioned
" Lets make a pinky promise" i said holding the flower between my fingers— he looked at me like i was crazy or something " what?" I asked him innocently
" a promise on what exactly?" without saying anything i lifted his left hand from his thigh " repeat after me" i placed the flower on the middle while both of us holding it— we connected our pinky fingers together " we pinky promised to each other" and he just stared at me " say it"
" oh- we pinky promised to each other"he blinked his eyes at me then repeated what I said " that we will be there for one another through all times"

After my meeting with Draco, i left to hogsmeade with pansy to go dress shopping together for the ball— i was siting on one of the couches waiting for her to show me all the dresses she picked, she already tried four dresses but non of them was breathtaking— "what do you think?" pansy comes out from the fitting room with the biggest smile on her face, she spin around showing her beautiful satin black dress with a V- neck, with two straps hanging perfectly on her shoulders " it's Amazing,pansy i'm not even kidding" i was mesmerized she looked absolutely amazing in that dress— she smiled at me " you think so?" she asked me looking down at her dress smiling " yes 100%"
Now it is my turn to pick something fancy to wear, pansy already picked some dresses for me while i was in the fitting room, i got dressed in the first one, it was grey but almost blue, strapless with two ribbons rested on my shoulders " no, absolutely not" shaking her head,i rolled my eyes at her and laughed,then i went back to try the second one, it was off shoulder in a deep red color, i won't lie it was breathtaking but i felt it was too much for a school dance
" what do you think?" i said nervously, i saw pansy with an opend mouth— eyes widened " oh.my.god, bella you look absolutely beautiful— this is the one I'm telling you!" she said clapping her hands together " b-but pansy don't you think it's too fancy for a dance? also i don't even have a date yet"
" too fancy you say? it looks perfectly fine and trust me every guy would want you to be his date if they saw you in that dress, and even if you couldn't find a date you can come with me and blaise we're perfectly fine with that" i raised my eyebrows at her " and be a third wheeler? no thank you" i said while laughing
So at the end of the day both of us found the perfect dress for her, pansy bought the black one and i went with the red one— now all i need is a date but even if i didn't got asked i won't be upset because i can go by my own— i will go and i will have fun with my friends and dance till the midnight— i don't need a guy to make my night magical.
