Well I hope you enjoy!
Also enjoy that photo of my dog.

Sweat dropped on the floor as the masked teenager felt another blow meet his nose. Tears came flowing from his eyes at the sudden impact and for the first time in ages he wasnt sure if this was a battle he couldn't win.
He was pushing his body to the absolute limit and knew that this level of effort was not something he would he able to maintain for long.
Where was Peter?, I hear you ask. Well about a month ago our favorite hero had been taken by HYDRA. A group of people who swore that they weren't Nazis. Spoiler, they totally were. Peter had been beaten and trained, the idea being to make him the strongest weapon imaginable. Their lead scientist told Peter, or 073 as he was now known as. That he hadn't reached his full potential. Peter had spent as long as he could trying to keep his usual upbeat demeanor but it was diminishing by the day. And ended abruptly once he had been branded. Once the first 5 tests had come back positive and HYDRA were pretty sure that their latest experiment wasn't going to die on them and be a huge waste of time, they used a heated metal stamp to brand the words
'PROPERTY OF HYDRA
PROJECT NO. 073
HAIL'

Those 7 words marked the end of Peter's obvious resistance. It wasn't until two weeks later. After he had been through torture and pain unimaginable to the human mind that he had been forced to fight.
His family had found him. He wasnt sure if it was deliberate or a lucky guess, they cleared a few HYDRA bases every week after all. But his family had found him and gave him another chance to fight.
The place Peter was at was an unusual one.  A limbo between strong and weak. His body was in such physical disrepair that any normal person should be dead yet the enhancements made him one of the strongest people in the country.
Although that could only take him so far, he began to feel his vision clouding over and exhaustion taking over. Everything felt like it was in slow motion and every cell in his body felt a thousand timed heavier. He didn't waver the fight though. When he felt himself drop into a smudgey oblivion there were two bodies hitting the ground.
Tony picked up the frail boy, a grimace covering his face. Morgan was heavier than Peter.
The boy that lay unconscious in his arms was vastly different from the smiling teenager he recruited to Germany all but 8 years ago. He got FRIDAY to do a basic body scan, so he could get an idea of what medical equipment would be needed later. Not quite wanting to hear the results he looked at the numbers. They were easier to progress. It may seem like a stupid thing, but to Tony, who spent his entire life looking at the world through numbers it was a coping mechanism. They told him that the boys blood had changed, other small stuff that lead him to the idea that Peter was going to be used as a weapon. Take for example the fact that he no longer had finger prints, and his irises looked slightly inhuman. Although not enough that the would be noticable to the untrained eye. The most worrying thing however was not that. The boys heart had a small thin piece of metal stool in it. Upon further inspection it appeared to be the end of a medical needle. The fact that Peter hadn't died immediately was impressive. It seemed that his enhanced healing had grown extra cartallidge around it. And was repeatedly doing it. Tony put aside his wonder as he realised that although this was working, it was only a temporary solution. And he knew the only permanent one out there.

Peter pulled a loose tank top over his chest. Closing his eyes as he did so. Still not quite able to face the blue glow on the front. And the flaring red burns on the back. A thick blue hoodie was quickly placed on top covering them. A faint glow still remained, although not noticable. Since being rescued Peter had changed a lot. He never went back to school, and couldn't tell Ned or MJ why. He was instead home schooled by the avengers. Who took their roles in the individual subjects very seriously. He worked out more and spent a lot of time in the gym, not having to worry about his 'nerdy appearance' anymore  as anyone who knew him had some idea what he had gone through. The biggest thing for him however was that Spiderman didn't exist anymore. He had looked at every rumour out there, wondering what had happened to him. None of them really ever hit the mark though.
He had finished his regular lessons and was about to go do some engineering. he left his room and walked he stairs. Giving his Dad, who was covered in oil, a smile as he passed him.  He opened the door to his lab and made a bee line towards the current project, a working R2 D4. He preferred Star Trek but he thought that making Data would bit only be too hard but also a but creepy. The time flew by and Peter didn't notice when a small group of 5 teenagers entered the room. He had forgotten that he had allowed for his lab to be on the tour list and there fore didn't darken the windows. On the other side of them Ned Leeds looked at his missing best friend in amazement. Peter had stopped coming to school 6 months ago and it hadn't been the same. Ned knew something was wrong but there was not much that he could actually do to help. Yet there he was. In a private lab, owned by Tony stark. Being presented as the previously mentioned billionaires son.
"So mini stark was adopted by Stark shortly after an incident a few months back. I'm afraid we cant disclose any other information but we might be able to ask him what he's working on." The group of teenagers entered the room. Peter still oblivious to them. They watched in silence as he walked away from the bench and took of his sweater. Thats when Ned let out a choked sob.
When Peter pulled of his hoodie the tank top underneath rose up. Portraying those painful, torturous words. Peter turned around and met his old best friends eyes.
"I'm sorry. I- I couldn't face anyone after it." Ned walked up to Peter and hugged him. Noticing the blue glow and glass like clink when they made contact. "I missed you." He said, letting his suddenly huge friend relax. Whatever Peter said next Ned couldn't hear. He was in shock. He had found his best friend again. And he wasn't planning on letting go.

Sorry about the long wait.
Damn I felt like crap.
If you want I would love to hear how you think the other teens would react to the end. Comment here!
You can choose who they are as well. Its 100 percent optional though!
