Petty kisses

Just a short chapter while we wait

What natasha wasn't expecting then she entered the common area at the top floor of the Avengers Compound after a long day of Accords discussions and planning to improve the New Avengers initiative was to turn the corner only to see her two favourite teenage boys (aside from the Barton kids) making out with each other, very loudly, on the couch for everyone to see with no shame.
It had taken both boys a long time to feel comfortable around many members of the avengers after the whole 'Civil War' which to be honest was anything but civil. But once they had slowly started to warm up to her she could see how they were both wonderful boys with amazing abilities and had even taken to calling Peter her 'baby spider'. She was proud of the fact that she had been one of the first one avengers to guess that they'd end up together and cheered for them the entire time, much to Clints dismay as he had bet $20 on Peter asking that Michelle girl out. However happy she may have been about there relationship that did not however mean that she needed to see them making out.

She stood in the doorway  with a smirk and cleared her throat before speaking up. "What  are you two doing?"
It only took them about a second to jump apart, staring at her in surprise. "Um...I think that's obvious?" Harley replied sarcastically, looking Natasha in the the eye with a smirk of his own.
Natasha just raised an eyebrow at his reply. "Mhm... i think what I meant to ask was  just why are you two doing it here, in the public common room where anyone could see you? That isn't normally like you two at all."
Peter was the one to respond this time. His voice summoning the most venom Natasha had ever heard from the boy, which to be fair still wasn't alot.
"To spite Tony." He said simply. Like that would explain everything and would make perfect sense to her.
"And why would you want to do that?" Natasha asked the two teens,  rubbing her thumb between her eyebrows in exasperation daring to wonderjust what the genius billionaire playboy philanthropist had done this time to spark spite in two of the chillest people she had ever met.
" Well" Harley said with a sign of indignation " you see, we were driving to the compound after doing some work in the D&D labs  and we were both  really hungry, like super super hungry"
Peter nodded to exaggerate his boyfriend point.
" yes, and we wanted to get McDonalds. We saw one and asked Tony to get something for us. He drove to the drive through and we were so excited! He ordered one black coffee for himself and kept driving." Harley explained.
Natasha blinked. Not surprised that this had happened "Hm..in that case...carry on."
And with that she turned her back to them and made her way to her room. Tony deserved that for messing with the boys. Besides, it's always fun to watch back the videos that she had taken from FRIDAY and see him sputter and not know how to handle his two teens making out in front of him. He hadn't had a lot of parenting experience with teenagers. The boy were just helping him. That was it, plus Nat could appreciate a little bit of pettiness.
