3 weeks later•••••••• (4 days till teddy turns 17)

Ow it hurts but why? Then everything came rushing back to me from Kate stabbing me with silver to Dylan saying he loved me.

I heard a loud beeping in my ear and my hand felt like it was under a bolder and it was raining but why?

I opened my eyes very slightly and what welcomed me was a bright light I groaned in response.

Then I heard a voice Dylan's voice just saying "Teddy this is all my fault I cant believe I let her do that to you please...please just wake up.... I love you Teddy" then it hit me the pain! I started to scream it hurt so bad! I heard more voices and footsteps then a female voice I've never heard before surfaced.

"Teddy are you okay? What's wrong?"

I Whispered "Pain!"

I opened my eyes it was silent and the pain was gone the light dimmed I looked to my left and saw Dylan holding my hand and he was crying, but why? Why is he saying he loves me? I'm useless to him!

"Dylan." I whispered slightly and his eyes flicked from my hand to my eyes

His eyes were filled with worry hurt and love but why?

"Yes?" He replied

"My hand please it hurts!"
He quickly let go of my hand and placed a kiss on my forehead a slight shot of pain shot through my forehead. All the questions running through my head but I just ask 2 simple questions
"What day is it?" And "Can I have some coffee?" My brothers laughed at me and so did Mia and Dylan. What can I say I love coffee!

The strange girl spoke once again "it's May 6th and you need to eat before you drink coffee, oh I'm Lily your doctor!"

"How long until I heal fully?"

"4 days if you find your mate on your birthday!"

This was different my mate determines my health but this isn't normal.... Mia and my family said to look forward to my birthday for the truth! What were they hiding!

I slowly sat up and groaned because of the pain in my stomach I probably had stitches. wait of course I do it was damn silver! Burn in hell Kate!!!

I looked around the room and saw that there was already a wheel chair by the bed and my brothers were helping me out of the bed Dylan tried to help but I just screamed at his touch I don't know why but his touch had hurt me ever since Kate happened.

When I was successfully in the chair I spoke to Lily "Is the silver out of my system?" She nodded and I let out a relieved sigh I wanted to eat! "Can I eat??" I asked.

Lily said "Not unless it's mushy and not hard your system will be sore inside and out that cut was deep I know because werewolves don't normally go into comas unless your over 17 and never shift or connect to your wolf."

Wow. Wait it's May 6th! Yes I'll be going to be 17 in 4 days and the dance is in 5... Wait what about school it's Monday and I've been gone for 3 weeks I suddenly thought of Drew he must be so worried... I miss him!

"What time is it?" I ask

"About 11:15pm why?" Alex answered my question.

I smile and say "can I go to school for the last 5 periods?"

"Sure but you have to stay in the chair!"

Lily gave my brothers the OK to leave and we were going out of the hospital and I sniffed the air something smelled how did I not realize this before "you guys REEK!" I said putting emphasis on 'reek'
