Emily's pov:
Thinking about yesterday made you smile. You had never felt this way about anyone before Y/N. Sure you had dated people in the past but this was different, she was different. She made you feel, real and deep emotions you hadn't let yourself feel in a long time. She had this effect on you in the best way possible.

Y/N was still laying on top of you sound asleep. She looked so at peace. Her hair laying in perfect waves down her shoulders and her perfect pink lips that were slightly parted. You kissed her forehead waking her up.

"Morning love" you said smiling.

"Morning" she mumbled still half asleep which made you giggle.

"Wow someone had too much fun last night" you said laughing.

"Hmm" she mumbled rolling off your body and getting out off of the bed before throwing on one of your oversized t-shirts that barely covered her panties.

You followed her into the kitchen. She went straight for the coffee machine and turned it on.

"Sorry I literally cannot function without coffee" she said rubbing her eyes.

You walked up to her grabbing her face and pulled her in for a kiss while pressing her against the kitchen counter. She jumped up a bit and you propped her up on the counter standing between her legs. She smiled into the kiss.

"Hmm that's one way to wake me up" she giggled.

"How are you feeling?"  You asked pulling away from the kiss while playing with her hair.

"Like the luckiest girl in the world" she replied smiling.

"I'm the lucky one" you said leaning in and kissing her forehead.

She got down from the counter and poured herself a cup of coffee before sitting down at the kitchen table with one leg bent to her chest and her other leg was resting on the floor.

"I think it's cute how you can't sit in chairs correctly" you said laughing.

"Emily, I'm gay what did you expect?" She said jokingly which made you laugh.

Your phone started ringing and you went to pick it up. It was Hotch calling. You sighed and answered the call.

"Agent Prentiss?" He said on the other side of the line.

"Yes I'm here" you replied.

"I wanted to inform you that we have a new case and that I want you all here in 30 minutes"

"Of course sir we'll- I'll be there"

Oh no.

"Tell Y/N to be there too" Hotch said before hanging up.

You put a hand over your face in embarrassment. How did Hotch even know Y/N was with you ?

"Uh Y/N?" You said walking back to the kitchen.

"Is everything okay?" She said looking up from her phone.

"Hotch wants us to come in for a new case in 30 minutes"

"Ughh no" she said groaning.

"I know love but we have to" you said kissing her before going to get ready.

Y/N's pov:
You and Emily got ready in about 15 minutes and headed off to work.

You were now in the car on the way to the BAU. Emily was driving in silence and you were staring out the window lost in your thoughts.
