Emily stood in Edward's arms as Ashton was in front of Bella. The blonde studied each of the nomads. She could tell the blonde himself was doing the same and felt disgusted by their eye colors. She knew at one point her eyes were red, but she doesn't feed from humans.

Edward felt the wind blow causing James to look at Bella. "You brought a snack."

Emily got in front of the blonde growling. Edward watched Emily carefully. She somehow managed to get James, Victoria, and Laurent to leave. "What just happened?"

"They know she is a newborn." Edward tells them. "Emily, let's go."

"Okay."

Emily didn't go straight to the Cullens. Edward told her it would be best for them to keep watch on her father. The two arrived at her house and froze when they smelt blood. "Daddy!" Emily cried out as she ran inside.

"Emily!" Edward tried to stop her.

When he got inside, he saw Emily pull away. "You didn't..."

"No." She said. "I injected my venom."

Edward walked over and held her as they looked at Kevin. Edward stood up and picked him up over his shoulder. "Let's get him back to our place."

Emily nodded, but first she ran and grabbed him an outfit. She appeared back in front off Edward's car. "Now we can go."

Emily smiled as she cleaned her father off with Edward's help. "Daddy, I'm sorry this happened to you, but I couldn't lose you." She tells him. "You haven't met the one yet and now we will know for sure she's the one."

"He thinks your over reacting." Edward said chuckling.

"Ugh." Emily groaned as Edward wrapped his arms around her. "Let's go hunt and come back. It's going to be three long days."

Edward nodded as they left. Now they have to wait for Kevin to wake up. Edward hopes it's before prom.
