Emily smiled as she woke up to someone kissing her neck. "Edward, I thought we had talked about this." She said. "More sleeping for me and more sex later for you."

"We have school."

Emily whined as she was not wanting to go, but the sound of her dad coming up to their room had her in the bathroom fast. Edward chuckled. "That's one way to get you out of that bed."

"Shut up, Edward." She said as she poked her head out. "Now, was you wanting something from me not to long ago?"

Edward's eyes turned black before walking to the bathroom. "Yes, I did." He tells her as the door shut.

At school, Emily was looking through her locker for her notebook. Edward leaned against the locker as he was trying to understand what she was looking for. "What are you searching for?"

"My notebook."

Edward showed her the notebook making her look at him. She took the notebook from him. Edward smiled as he kissed her till they heard Ashton and Bella. "She really hates today." Edward said.

"I know." Emily tells him. "Alice has this plan for Jasper to manipulate Bella's emotions."

Edward shook his head making Emily smile as they were finding this funny. The two watched the scene in front of them. Emily felt Edward wrap his arms around her making her look at him. "I say the two of us go to class so we can get home and see how well this idea of a party goes."

"So your saying if something happens, we get to leave."

"Yes."

"I love you." She said as she walked away.

Ashton looked at his brother as he walked by. Ever since Emily walked into Edward's life, Edward only wants to be left alone with her and no one else. Which Ashton is the same, but has to fight with Rosalie every second.

That's another thing bout Rosalie, she still keeps telling Emmett that Emily should have been human, but Edward would be pissed when he hears that. Edward gave his brother a look making Ashton nod. He knows.

After school, Emily smiled as she stood in the mirror as she heard the others talking about the party. Edward arrived back from hunting and kissed her head. "Rosalie is trying to sweet talk Alice out of this party." Emily didn't say a word as she was deep in thought. "Emily?"

"Edward, how do you feel about me being like this?" She asked. "Being one of you and not a human."

"Emily, I wanted you to be a human." Emily sighed as Edward grabbed her hand. "But I'm glad that I turned you because seeing you almost died that day gave me the strength to turn you. All my beliefs of being a monster was thrown to the side." He said. "I thought you would hate me when you woke up, but you didn't. You hunted like you've been a vampire for decades, maybe a century. Because of you, Emily, I don't see myself as a monster."

"None of us are monsters. No matter the gifts we possess, or what we wanted in life that we can't have, this life was given to us for a reason and those reasons are what brought us all together. That's called fate. Fate is what brought you all together, to the day Bella and I were born, and to the day we met you guys." Emily said. "Don't ever think that this life is a mistake. I like to think of it as a gift, fate."

Before Edward could say something. ruckus from downstairs was heard. The two walked downstairs to see Jasper being dragged out of the house. Emily looked around shocked by what she saw. A horrific scene. "Get her out of here, Edward."

"Bella doesn't even have a scent." Emily said as she looked at Ashton. "Well to me she doesn't."

"Let's go see your dad."

"Okay." Emily said as they walked out. Emily stopped and looked at Bella. "I don't know what happened and I will not blame no one, but them feeling hunger will cause Jasper to attack as he is battling with himself. So, Ashton, don't you dare blame him."

Ashton watched Emily leave and looked back at Bella and sighed. He screwed up and knew this party would be a bust. He saw them leaving and knew this wasn't just going to break his heart, but Bella's to. It's for her safety.
